MAIN LEVEL
Gather around the large gas fireplace which is the centerpiece of this open-concept living area which also features a spacious dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Plentiful living room seating ensures everyone in your group has a place to fully relax. On this floor, the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom offers a king bed and spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower and a double vanity. Stacked washer/dryer and access to a decked area with private hot tub, grill and mountain views.

UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs, the queen bedroom features an additional loft area with a twin bed and en suite bathroom. The third guest room offers queen over queen bunk beds with en suite bathroom.

This home is just outside the Mountain Village core in a well kept neighborhood where you'll be just a short walk away from the dining, shopping, and transportation offered in the heart of Mountain Village, including the free gondola to slopes, hiking, and the Town of Telluride. One designated parking space is available.

Wonderful stay

My family absolutely loved Ridgeline Retreat for our spring break ski trip. The location was great - easy walking distance to Mountain Village core, but just far enough outside the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing each day. Highly recommend!

Itā€™s everything we wanted. Clean, quiet, close to town and gondola ride to Telluride. Quality everythingā€¦ furnishings, bath towels, kitchen/dining supplies, etc. Great view from balcony. Hot tub was terrific.

Relax with a view

Loved the property! The view of Mt Wilson is lovely. We felt welcomed with the coffee wine and snacks and even hand warmers! Little touches which add a lot!

Phenomenal

Exactly as pictured and as we expected! This was perfect for our family of 6 and a huge bonus for us that they had a PNP in the closet! Beds were incredibly comfortable, whole house was very clean, and what a sweet touch with the bowl of goodies for our kids and a bottle of wine for us. It's at the top, kind of tucked away so it's quieter, but still has great walkability. Convenient to all of Mountain Village and Telluride thanks to the gondolas. They do need to fix some of the posts on the balcony (kids found a few broken ones in the flowerbed below and the open spots did make me a bit nervous with my 3 year old out there bc he could easily fall through) and might be time to check the appliances/pans as we could tell they've lived a good life, but nothing to deter us from staying there again and recommending it to others. The rest of our group all stayed at a house about 10 minutes away and were very jealous at the quality and convenience of this rental.

Beautiful, spacious condo. Short walk to the heart of Mountain Village.

Great property. Clean and modern. Super comfortable beds. Perfect for a group of friends because each bedroom has its own bathroom. Will look to stay here again next time Iā€™m in Telluride.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
