Enjoy the ultimate family vacation in this 3000 sq ft cozy log cabin style townhome located directly on the slopes with private gated ski access! The home has three bedrooms plus a bonus room with a pull out sofa and loft with futon. Two bedrooms are masters with ensuite bath. The home offers a private hot tub, two steam showers, on site outdoor parking and spectacular mountain views. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is located within the home.

This luxurious home has been completely remodeled with all new bathrooms and kitchen. New appliances and fresh furnishings throughout including a 65" flat screen TV, HD cable and blu-ray player. Other amenities include high speed WIFI and a whole house audio system with ipod dock. A den/bonus room offers a second living area for lounging or TV viewing.

The location offers exceptional ski access and is a short walk to the free gondola and wonderful gourmet mountain market. Guests can also take advantage of the free Mountain Village dial-a-ride transportation service during their stay.

Please note that the property is protected by exterior video surveillance of the front entry area.

Excellent location, short walk to market and gondola and easy to use DAR app for return ride home. Very convenient ski in/out access. Very well-quipped kitchen and very clean home. Five stars!

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful and the location was fantastic. A short walk to the Sundance run and the Village Market is right around the corner. Super convenient, lots of amenities, we were sad to go.

Boys ski trip

2 fathers, 4 sons for 5 days of skiing! Well appointed, great views. Ski in ski out is a 40 yard walk. 7 levels from garage to primary bedroom. 4 tenths of a mile to market station gondola, grocery store, liquor store. Better to drive/ride than walk…downhill there, up hill back. Hot tub seats 4 adults comfortably. Beds in bedrooms comfortable, loft and bonus room sofa less so but workable. Steam showers are a luxury! Very quiet location with everything we needed! Hosts were communicative and very responsive. A very enjoyable stay.

Best in Telluride

This house is well maintained, furnished and a great place to stay! Has a very well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable Living and sleeping areas. Plenty of room for 4 to spread out! With a short walk across the driveway to access the Sundance Ski run you cannot beat its location. Our group is hoping to return

Great Location

We’ve rented this property before, and couldn’t wait to come back. It’s a great location - walk about 50 feet to the Sundance run (green at that point, easy to navigate). The owner was very responsive with the check in process. Heated garage is a plus!

Great Property, Great Location

Amazing location and wonderful property. The property manager was very accessible and helpful with questions. We are two families with teenage children, 3 girls and a boy. The den was perfect for our boy to sleep in and have some privacy. He usually gets stuck on a couch. The location to the slopes could not be beat. We were there during the early season prior to Christmas, so lift 10 and Sundance were not open yet. We skied out and used the Mountain Village dial-a-ride to get back. The dial-a-ride was easy to use and so convenient. The property was very well equipped. We would stay here again in a heart beat. We have been coming to Telluride for 20 years and this is one of our favorite places that we have stayed. We hope to come back again when there is more snow.

Telluride March 2023 Spring Break!

Chris & Cecelia did a great job with this property! It had everything we needed and plenty of space! It was a great location and we were fortunate to get dumped on with snow during our week. Yet, the Dial-a-ride took us all over the place safely, and the property manager had the outdoor walkways/driveways cleaned regularly so no one was in danger of falling. We grilled and cooked dinner once (besides breakfasts) and the place had everything we needed. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful house and great ski access

The house is right off the Sundance run, and after the transition from blue to double green, so most people should be able to start their day skiing after just a short walk. Everything was clean and the house is nicely decorated. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be booking it again!

Amazing Place

Beautiful house! My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children, son in law and grand baby. It was perfect! Plenty of space, very clean and lots of amenities. We loved the ski-in/ski-out!

Perfect in every way!

We were a group of 7 friends from around the state so our home away from home had to be perfect...and it was! Ski in/out, sunset views, everyone had "space" so we weren't on top of each other, the living area/kitchen is roomy and comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped (there's even an outdoor BBQ), very clean, and free parking out front. The owners were responsive to our 1 small need and will provide you with an excellent FAQ upon arrival. 2 things of note for future guests: bring ground coffee rather then beans and if you plan on doing laundry, bring some detergent...and don't forget your swimming suit, the hot tub is wonderful!

Telluride's best ski-in/ski-out

I'm hesitant to leave a review only because I'd like to be able to stay here again. The location is great, with a true ski-in/ski-out access to the lower section of the Sundance run down to the Meadows and Lifts 1 & 10. It's also a short drive to the Market Gondola station, made even more accessible by the Mt. Village Dial-a-ride. The condo itself is very nice with comfortable seating areas, steam showers, and loads of space. The owners were very responsive and friendly in communications as well, which was a plus. Overall a great place and a great experience. Definitely a recommended stay!

Beautiful cabin on the slopes

The cabin is exquisitely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy ski in and ski out access. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have regarding the property or the mountain village.

Beautiful home streps from green run

Two families, kids ranging from 11-17, first time in Telluride. Loved the location of the house…go down to entry, put on boots, down to garage, grab skis, and walk about 50 steps to gate to enter resort. So easy to pop in for lunch. Didn’t eat a single on mountain lunch as a result (saved big $$$ and avoided ski resort lunch rush table madness - didn’t realize how much I hate that until getting a house so close to mountain). Also, 5” walk down to supermarket (either on road or after 4 PM on ski slope). 10” walk back up to house (easier as week progressed) or very easy to get free shuttle. Supermarket is right next to free gondola to town. Takes about 25”to get to Telluride from walking out the door on free gondola. We used grocery delivery to start week and easily supplemented for rest of week with big market - including liquor store inside. So location is fantastic. House is many levels so as previously mentioned - lots of stairs. Entry is 1/2 level up from garage, then one level (10 stairs?) up to two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms, then 1/2 level up to bonus room, another 1/2 up to living room/kitchen, then last 1/2 level up to master and hot tub. House is at nearly 10k feet and I definitely felt it for first few days. My daughter and our friends’ two girls slept in twin room - my daughter on futon from loft on floor between two twins. Then guest king for one set of parents, master king for other set of parents, and bonus room was perfect for my 17 yo son (great sleeper sofa). Laundry off bonus room. Bathrooms were great! Steam showers in master and bathroom across from guest king, beautiful soaking tub with shower across from twin room. Hot water was limited in morning when 5 people tried to shower in succession. Kitchen/dining/living room was fantastic! Great views, beautiful space. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful Weber grill on deck which we used one night. Hot tub was great with privacy and nice views of aspens and fir trees. So nearly perfect house, loved every minute, proximity to green run was the best, so close to gondola and supermarket, great mountain views. Only negatives: master bedroom has an opening to living room (expansive ceiling with opening above door to let in light); hot water somewhat limited (I don’t know if this is simply an altitude issue - heating water for cooking certainly was difficult); loft is off of master so if planning to use as bedroom, those folks will have to go through master bedroom.

Fun Fiftieth

We had a great time in Telluride celebrating a 50th birthday. The condo was comfortable, welll-appointed, and the location was perfect ski-In, ski-out. All went smoothly and our host was very nice. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Ski Trip

The house is amazing. Kitchen has all appliances and gear you could need. Fantastic views from the deck. Access to ski on/off is very convenient. Market down the street and liquor store have everything you need. Hot tub was clean and toasty. The communication with the owners was the best I have experienced on this app. A++
