Kihei Akahi D210, Great location with views of the ocean! This 1 bedroom/1 bath is centrally located in Kihei and perfect for couples or small families. This condo has been nicely updated. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private lanai with inspiring views of the ocean. Or take in a mesmerizing Maui sunset while dining al fresco.

The open and inviting living space is the perfect spot to relax after taking in all Maui has to offer. With a brand new sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and split AC to keep cool anytime of year. This kitchen lacks nothing the home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. The charming primary bedroom brings the tropical feel in with beautiful linens and a cozy king bed. There is a flat-screen TV and split AC for comfortable sleeping. The bath is conveniently located off the bedroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and large vanity.

There is a washer/dryer for lighter packing.

Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office, and library on-site! Its location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street! Shops, restaurants, and more within walking distance from your unit.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Nice stay in Kihei

Very nice place in Kihei. Good sunset views from the lanai. Condo unit, building and grounds well maintained. Would book a stay again if ever in Kihei.

It was a great unit and great location. Easy access to the beach and close to everything. After a nasty storm and power outage our AC unit had a bad leak that was remedied immediately. Service and contact with the listing agency was phenomenal. Will definitely be back!!

Location is the selling point. The unit is a bit tired. Rug in living room is dirty and should be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best vacation ever! This condo was in a prefect location. And had everything you could possibly need. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The pool and BBQ area was cleaned thoroughly every morning. Loved that you could walk across the street to the beautiful Kama’ole beach. And it was so nice to have shopping, shave ice, a small grocery store, snorkel rentals and cinnamon rolls all within walking distance. And it was prefectly located close to the amazing beaches and great shops in Wailea.

A great condo steps away from the beach and right in the heart of Kihei Town. Was so appreciative of all the items at the condo that made it feel like home! Especially loved the beach chairs!

Maui Vacation

This property was just as described. Lots of extras (beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc) that made our trip very comfortable. Parking on site made coming back and forth easy. View was lovely.

Relax in a special “home away from home”

Good Stay

As we walked into the condo at 7 pm, there was a loud noise coming from the living room air conditioning unit. Turning both units (br and lr) off didn't cure it. After contacting the mgt company, they had it fixed, but it took 6 days. They offered us fair compensation. The response was much appreciated. After that, all good.

Good Maui Home Base for Couple

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and some change and it was a lovely little condo. View was great, and the rental company was very quick to address any issues we had. I would recommend this for a couple vs a family/3. We’ve stayed at this complex several times, and this is probably one of the better units. It was a great home base for us as we explored the island and celebrated our anniversary. For the cons: The ac in the living room made a constant snorkel sound when used, so we kept it off the majority of the time. Additionally if you plan on cooking you will have a plethora of appliances/gadgets, and 0 pantry staples, so plan to purchase anything beyond salt and pepper. Would recommend/stay again!

Property Management did not call us regarding our problems with the rental.

We had a defective AC unit that made a loud noise when on or off. It took a week of our vacation before they could fix it. (They must have known of the issue when they checked us in and didn't say anything as they didn't need to check it out when we reported it.) We had to schedule our time to let the AC technician in for several hours. They also had to take the TV off the wall the day before and did not put it back until we reached out about it. Worse, they said a manager would call to discuss our problems and no one did and they went silent. Do not recommend this management service.

Nice & quiet

We have been staying at the Kihei Akahi for many years. The property is very well kept. I enjoyed watching the manager make his rounds to insure everything is well kept. This room has been updated very nicely & was clean. It has a great view as well. No issues with checking. I would stay here again.

Maui trip

We loved our stay in this unit. The location is very convenient, being walking distance from the beach and several shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the gift basket especially after a long day of travel. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit is tucked away from major Street. Booking was flawless. Kitchen has foil ziploc salt pepper and all pots and pans tools blenders utensils etc.AC in bedroom was strong but super noisy.Tips: Buy your own toiletries, groceries, condiments to consume for the week prior to your arrival. There is Foodland 2 blocks north from condo.

Nice clean spot

This spot was a great getaway for us. Most of our time was spent out in nature, but when we returned home each day we were delighted. It’s super clean, whoever cleans it deserves more pay. Great view, had all the essentials, it was awesome.

Nice Spot

We were very happy to spend time in this rental. It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants and it made us feel at home. We cooked every day which kept our trip cost effective and parking was convenient. I would stay here again.

Two adults slept soundly in the nicely decorated bedroom while third sprawled out on the nice new sofa couch. The kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials as well as desired beach accessories (towels, chairs, cooler). Washer and dryer a huge plus.Beautiful grounds with two pools (which we never swam in!) Loved the assigned parking spot. Last but huge was prime location in Kihei; easy access to variety of beaches, stores, restaurants & dock for tours.Highly recommend & hood to return.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo complex is in a Very nice location with easy walking access to grocery shopping for only some basic necessities. Close Beach access, scenic views, and walking paths galore was my favorite part of my stay. The actual condo was not to my expectations. The beautiful koa wood floors were not mopped nor were the tile floors, as my bare feet soles were always soiled when walking around inside. The bath towels were very old and smelled like gasoline with only one useable set that I had to launder before use. The bathroom was clean although the shower’s grout on the walls and floor had not been disinfected thoroughly. The bed squeaks and noises every time you moved while attempting to sleep and uncomfortable mattress made it difficult to sleep at night, especially on the side with the palm tree that is caked with dark colored dust - looked like it had not been dusted for years, no extra blankets were provided. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. Although I appreciated the USB portals provided in both the bed and living rooms. The kitchen was clean, with every type of utensil and gadget you might want to use with dishes and glassware for every type of meal. Although no extra trash bags were provided until I called CBI Vacations to ask for more. Instructions for use of the tv in the living room should be provided as apps found on the tv in the bedroom were accessible there but not on the living room tv. All in all my stay in Kihei Akahi was just ok. My stay enjoying the beauty of Maui was a lovely one!
