The big water view and private pier make this the perfect get-away for anyone who loves to fish, kayak, paddle board, boat, or watch dolphins. This property is one block from the exciting shops and restaurants of Bridge Street and the Bradenton Beach Pier, yet nestled away from the noise and traffic on a quiet no-traffic street. New landscaping compliments your incredible water access.

You have exclusive use of the entire property and pier; this is not a shared property. A second building will soon open, so future stays will add options for more of your friends and family.

The upper unit has all new furniture, bedding, linens, flat-screen televisions, refrigerator, microwave and a 1 Gbit/s high-speed internet connection for those looking to telework in a warm and welcoming climate. We (the owners) can confirm great connectivity with national services like Amazon Workspaces, Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based environments. Or better yet - tell your boss the internet was broken and you couldn't work on vacation. We won't tell!

You will have a two-minute walk to the historic Bridge Street pier and entertainment district. Enjoy nightly live music, drinks, shopping and people watching or fish off the public pier any time without a license.

Our private pier is great for fishing. We have pulled keeper grouper, snapper, mullet, trout, snook and redfish in our pajamas. If you cast net, you can score bait for offshore trip or even pull some mullet for dinner - our ten-year-old can score 4-5 large mullet in one throw of a net. Send us pictures of you doing even better!

Our pier will accommodate large boats up to 40 foot, in water that is more than 4-5 foot at low tide, with a 4-corner tie-up. This can save you hundreds - or even a thousand - per week in marina fees. Our single street is adjacent to a public marina, which means - unlike every other stretch of Bay water in Bradenton Beach - you will have access to a deep channel and the ICW without risk of getting grounded. There are only 7 such properties in Bradenton Beach, and you will have exclusive use of one.

Overall good but some safety concerns

The location is great on the water and near bridge st. Accommodations were good, although the layout is a bit difficult to maneuver. My biggest complaint was with the unsafe conditions. This was primarily because of the windows in the unit. At one point when I tried to close the window behind the couch, the top released from the casing and hit me in the face causing a significant cut on my nose and bruising on my cheek. Another time, a window in my daughters bedroom swung open from the casing without being touched. I told Jonsie about this and she mentioned that they tried fixing the windows in the past with new latches. Obviously they are still not working correctly. When I suggested I should get some sort of reimbursement for what happened, she never responded and I haven't heard from her since. There were also other safety issues with multiple broken floor tiles throughout the unit. Walking barefoot through the unit is at your own risk. If you decide to stay here, be careful.

Bayside Beauty

Property was well maintained alot of outside room and large fishing dock Kitchen is small could use an update but still cute and well stocked Master bedroom very comfortable Quiet neighborhood alot of pelicans and birds to watch also dolphins I was surprised I loved bayside but still miss gulfside but water was rough and windy on gulf so we were guite satisfied

Perfect, peaceful location

This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The Marina is also right there so easy to take tours and rent boats. It was fun sitting outside watching all the birds and boat traffic. The living area has some quirky areas but was quite comfortable.

Wonderful location

The property was a lovely apartment located on the water with a dock, and we were able to walk to restaurants, the beach, and grab the trolley easily. Would stay again.

Long weekend getaway

Darling property, right on the bay, close to everything. Very clean. Loved sitting down by the bay and watching the dolphin and pelicans. We were able to walk everywhere. Bridge street is a 2 min walk. Gulf, 5 min walk. Very comfortable couch/ tv area. Our friends were able to pull right up to the dock to pick us up one day. Great perk! Owner optimized every square inch of the property! Management is very responsive. We went out for all our meals. Kitchen is small but adequate for a couple. We would have liked a larger coffee pot but the keurig was an added bonus. There isn’t a dishwasher, this too was fine with us as we didn’t dirty many dishes. We will definitely be back! Loved this lovely bayside property!

There are few places on the island with this kind of direct water access. It's close to The Bridge Street Market/Entertainment District, but just far enough to be quiet. We're on a dead-end road, with no through traffic. You can lounge in sun, fish off our pier, walk to the Gulf Beaches, eat, drink and generally chill. We love it and hope you will, too.

The Boat pier/dock is great for fishing and boating. We have four posts at the end of the pier, with low-tide water draft of more than 4-5 foot. You can park a big center console or pontoon our here; the dock length is about 43 foot and has a 120v/15A power outlet.
