Kamaole Beach Royale #412 is a unique beautifully-maintained spacious unit that provides two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a bonus office that is equipped with a desk for guests who would like to do some work while on vacation. There is also a bookcase stocked with books and games to enjoy. This unit has air conditioning in the living room and also has a ceiling fan in the bedroom. This unit includes complimentary wifi. The complex has nearby access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and recreation. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom features a queen bed and a small flat-screen television. The living room provides a window a/c unit, a medium-sized SmartTV with cable. The spacious 28 ft lanai gives you lots of room to enjoy the view as you are cooled by the soothing tradewinds. Kamaole Beach Royale #412 also provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. The unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. It has lush tropical landscaping, a swimming pool, covered, open-parking, and a rooftop pavilion to barbecue and watch breathtaking sunsets. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.
** Important Notice: Concrete spalling repair is scheduled for February-April, 2026. Guests can expect construction noise, equipment in the parking lot, and guests may need to utilize street parking. Contact our office for additional information. **

We previously lived on Maui about 2 blocks from Kamaole Beach Royale, so we were excited to visit our old neighborhood. This unit was well-appointed, comfortable, close to shops and restaurants, and the view was exquisite. Parking was easy, loved having an elevator, and the host was very responsive. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Kihei Family Getaway

Our family decided to stay in Kihei and we didnā€™t have any regrets. We loved the location of the condo as well as all the amenities it offered. The rooftop BBQ was a definite plus since our son caught mahi on a deep sea fishing trip. We snorkeled, paddle boarded, and saw so many turtles. So happy we found this location and hope to be back next year.

Really enjoyed this place.

The property has a fantastic location less than a block away from the beach. It has a great view of the ocean. It was clean and the most well stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The upgraded appliances are lovely. The rooftop barbecue was also great. We liked being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great! It had a beautiful ocean view and was a quick walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby. The furnishings, 2 updated bathrooms with showers, and kitchen with icemaker were great. Our only complaint was the air conditioner, noisy and made the balcony hot. A fan on the balcony might help too! They should change to a silent ductless split system Overall, we were very happy with this accommodation..

The elevator was in disrepair so more exercises than anticipated but we had a great time. The carpet is well past its expected lifetime and would be a good thing to replace with different type of flooring flooring. replace with

Best ocean view!

We walked in weā€™re floored with the ocean view. The unit was perfect and even better than I expected! All the amenities including were a pleasant and appreciated surprise. It was spotless. Plenty of towels, beach chairs. Coolers. Boogie boards and pool noodles. There is a pool onsite. Master bedroom was a dream waking up to the ocean breeze and sound. I would definitely book this property again 5+ stars beyond exceptional!!!

Our family of four adults found this to be the Ideal combination of location, space, and amenities. The unit had everything we needed from beach chairs, boogie boards, and binoculars to a fully stocked kitchen. We walked to breakfast and dinner on most days and to multiple beaches. The unit is located so that itā€™s easy to go any direction, whether to the south beaches, north to Kaanapali/Kapalua, or of course, hanging out in Kihei. We even used the bbq grill on the roof one night. But the best feature for us was the balcony. Itā€™s large and comfortable, overlooking the beach and with clear view of the sunsets. Wonderful place and the communications from the property managers was clear and timely. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo and location

Very spacious and well appointed condo in a great complex. This was our 4th stay in the Kamaole Beach Royale and we keep returning because of the perfect location, amazing views and setting. This condo has everything you could need on vacation. Very comfy rooms and beds, large double lanai, modern kitchen and appliances. Everything is well looked after. The swimming pool is clean and is well positioned for sun but offers enough shade around it too. The beach across the road is safe for all the family. Parking space on site. Nice cafes and shops opposite the complex. The property managers were very responsive to our queries so you are in good hands. Definitely worth considering for your next stay on Maui.

A couple issues we had was the stove did not work very good. The burners would not heat up fast or at all. The stove did not heat up fast and took awhile to get to 400 degrees. We had an issue with another renter tell us our kids were to loud at the pool because they were reading. So we left but did not like how they made a big deal out of kids having fun in the pool.

Beyond expectations

This property was brilliant. Before booking, we were unsure of where to stay in Maui as it was our first time. We lucked out by choosing this property, and wow, what a location. Everything was spot on with what we expected from what was included in the property. The addition of the beach chairs, cooler etc. was super handy and we utilized this every day. Highly recommend staying here and will be sure to stay here on our next visit to Maui (if available of course).

Family vacation

It was a nice unit and cleanā€¦we really like the view from the lanai and from the master bedroom. It was breathtaking during the sunsetā€¦we love the area. The only negative about the condo is to remodel the parking area. Not enough parking space.
