Hi Todd! I am so glad you like the unit but I am very saddened to hear your experience with the neighbors. If you would've let me know at any point, I would've been happy to talk to them. They are usually quiet and keep to themselves so I am surprised to hear about your experience. Guests love our attention to detail and how we have curated the space for a comfortable stay.
