By combining the lower, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with the upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, larger family groups are able to enjoy an amazing home in an equally amazing beach location! LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
PARKING:
- 2 spaces in the garage. NO PARKING BEHIND THE GARAGE
- Garage dimensions: 6'7" height clearance w/18' depth - small to mid-size vehicles recommended
- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized, provided all on-site parking is being used.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping, with fishing, boating, and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquetball, and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza is only 10-15 minutes away!
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
