Our location is one of the best spots in all of Southern California and certainly Newport beach.

Yes, steps away from the world Balboa pier and the ferry to the Balboa Island. The Catalina Flyer launches Ā from the Balboa Ā Bay front, also a short walk away. Ā Thereā€™s whale watching, and every sport possible in the Balboa Bay, including sailing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking.

Our beach house is great for family gatherings, reunions, and special events. Build a fire on the beach and have a family get together. Have a fun family barbecue.

Panoramic, breathtaking views of the beach and oceanfront, pier, park, and fire pits in the distance.Ā 

Short walk away, from the Ā top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, activities and points of interest in the local area.

The house was wonderful for our large family reunion. It was wonderful having 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms. We had 21 people. Shauntelle was a fabulous hostess who gave us VIP care. The beach there has perfect waves perfect for boogie boarding.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! Shauntelle, our host, did a great job and gave us a VIP treatment. She was very accommodating; working with us to give us check-in and check-out times that worked for our schedule. And the property was furnished with everything we needed! We had all the linens, bedding, and utensils we needed.The property itself is great! There were 11 of us staying there and there was more then enough room there for us all to sleep comfortably! We were there to have a board game retreat and there was more then enough room for us to have multiple games going at once. And right outside is the beach, so when we wanted to take a break from gaming we could just walk outside and relax on the beach.

Property was furnished with everything you might need. Shauntelle was very responsive when I had questions, did a great job with the welcome tour and called during the stay several times to see if there was anything we needed. Area was great for the grandkids and great grandkids. Views from the upper deck were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The home is in an ideal locationā€”spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The ocean view is breathtaking; we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning, and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular.The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, making our retreat meals easy and enjoyable. The outdoor patio deck offered a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean and was beautifully lit at night. We also appreciated the direct access to parking, the Balboa Pier, volleyball courts, and the firepitsā€”definite highlights for us. We spent much of our free time exploring the charming coffee and souvenir shops, then relaxing on the beach and stargazing by the warmth of a bonfire.Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, and checkā€‘in was seamless. We truly felt well taken care of from start to finish.We canā€™t wait to come back. If youā€™re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and wellā€‘appointed beach retreat, this is the place.

We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! Itā€™s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier. We had fun taking the ferry to Balboa Island and a harbor cruise to see celebrity homes. It was easy to book through VRBO and Shauntelle made sure the house had everything we needed. She was always available if we needed anything and I was grateful she provided extra towels and blankets that we requested. We would definitely stay at this beach house again!

This was a fabulous place for our large family gathering! Shauntelle, the host, was super helpful and attentive. The location was amazing. Steps from the sand. The house had two kitchens stocked with everything you need. Plenty of linens. Slept 27 easily. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were an added bonus! We would love to come stay again! We had a fantastic stay at this Newport Beach home while celebrating my momā€™s 70th birthday with our family, and it couldnā€™t have been a better experience.Shauntelle was an outstanding beautiful host, kind, responsive, and very accommodating. From the moment we booked through check-in and during our stay, communication was clear and easy. She truly made us feel welcome and provided a level of care that felt thoughtful and personal, creating a VIP experience for our family and friends.The location is excellent. The home faces both the beach and a nearby parking area, with a popular walking path right in front where people bike, scooter, skateboard, and enjoy beach walks. It added to the fun, lively beach atmosphere and made it easy to enjoy daily walks, ferry rides, and time by the water.The house comfortably fits our large family and was well set up for group living. We cooked most of our meals and appreciated having all the cookware, dishes, and space needed to gather together. It truly felt like home and was perfect for a small family reunion. We also spent time at Disneyland with all the kids and enjoyed local favorites and a popular M&M Donut Shop, a great bonus to an already memorable trip. Overall, this home had everything we needed for a comfortable and meaningful stay. Shauntelleā€™s hospitality really stood out and made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again

Our stay at 510 Oceanfront was an amazing experience. From the time we booked the property to the final check-out, everything worked very smoothly and seamlessly. Shauntelle, our host, was very professional and extremely easy to work with. She clearly cares a lot about providing guests with specialized care so that we had a VIP experience. Prior to arriving at the property, she reached out by email and phone to make sure that we were aware of many important details related to the check-in process, and then during check-in, she spent a large portion of her day checking on us and then walking us through the property, introducing the lighting in each room, the function of the satellite tv's, and details related to each kitchen, etc. Additionally, she was always available by phone if we had any questions during our stay. She went well above and beyond expectations to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better host. The house itself is great! All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully updated, the water pressure in the house is wonderful and the hot water is fast and powerful. There were 14 of us in our party and with all of the many kids and adults simultaneously taking showers and washing dishes, we did not encounter any difficulties with water usage whatsoever.The beds were extremely comfortable. They feel very new and the bedrooms are very nicely appointed individual tvs. All of my family members had three nights of very comfortable sleep.

The location is perfectly centered between the beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The house was perfect for the 17 we had but can easily hold more as all couches are comfortable futons. The deck and living space on the second floor is perfect for the large group to hang out. It was clean and new and the host Shauntelle was great about giving us the VIP treatment with extra chairs and towels and anything we needed. She also did a virtual check in process so we could save time when we got there. Even gave is early check in. Having the garage to store our bikes and stuff was also a nice benefit. We will be renting it again.

This beach house exceeded our Christmas expectations. I have been doing VRBO for over 10 years and our host Shantelle was probably the most attentive we have ever had. She graciously gave us a late check out because the next guests weren't arriving until the next day. Most of the living is done upstairs because the table is huge and we had a blast playing cards up there every night, and of course the view is spectacular. But if it gets too noisy (We had five little kids with us, and four couples), You can go downstairs where it is quite peaceful and feng shui. Nice place to read a book in peace and quiet, & has rooms that get dark enough to lay babies down for a nap. The kitchens are wonderfully stocked, we cooked four big meals. There's a TV in every room & Wi-Fi is great. Coffee on the patio up or down is amazing. Almost every bedroom has its own bathroom! The location can't be beat. Literally less than one block to the Balboa Island ferry, we rode bikes over there & saw Christmas lites. Its a super easy walk to Ruby's at the end of the pier, & there's three fun hopping bars just around the corner. There is a cute kids playground near the pier, and the beach sand and fire pits are mere steps away, where we watched some Beautiful sunsets.Shauntelle was great checking on us, fixing one door lock problem immediately, got us extra towels & beach chairs. She is more like dealing with a friend than a landlord. I would do this again in a heartbeat. GREAT house for big groups!

All Around Excellent Experience

It was an absolute perfect place for 12 guys to hang near the beach and have a relaxing weekend away. Shauntelle made it such an easy process from start to finish. So grateful!

Lovely birthday weekend for my mother

We had a wonderful trip for my mother's 70th birthday. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate adults and a 2 year old. The location was perfect, close to the pier and restaurants right on the beach. My only complaint is there was nothing provided in the bathrooms so just note you need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap.

This unique vacation home is in the prime area of Newport Beach on the Oceanfront. It features spectacular ocean and Catalina views and is the only area where you have access to the beach, bay, and is within walking distance to top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, points of interest, and attractions. Additionally, it can accommodate large parties and there is ample parking around the property, which can be hard to find in Newport Beach.
