The Il Peperino apartment has been lovingly renovated with old handicrafts and modern design ideas. The apartment is spacious, with plenty of room to breathe. The center of this large apartment is the traditional Umbrian kitchen.

In front of the open fireplace you can meet to eat, play, celebrate or relax. A shady terrace in front of the apartment invites you to eat outside. You can relax wonderfully in the two bedrooms, one entirely in blue and one entirely in red.

In Villa La Rogaia there are a total of six apartments for two to six people (some of which are barrier-free, wheelchair accessible) for rent. All apartments are designed with lovely details: natural stone floors, sinks or marble kitchenettes, open fireplaces, works of art, flowers and a welcome basket.

The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a pool. Own terraces, seats and gardens all apartments allow undisturbed rest. Pets are welcome.

The house is in the middle of nature approx. 4 km from Castel Rigone near Passignano s. T. removed. We also offer wellness, hiking, health weeks and creative courses.
