House with a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, situated in a very quiet environment, surrounded with a big garden and forest land next to a natioanl parc. The house has several leisure places, a covered terrace, a swimming pool with large wooden deck, and a panoramique terrace, the garden has 12 different fruit trees, olives and grapes. The swimming pool is 10meter by 5meter and is 1meter deep everywhere. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large wooden deck. Important is that the house and the swimming pool are private and you are the only renters.

Beautiful view of the lake

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the house and surroundings to the fullest. The view of the lake is breathtaking.We had very good communication with the owner and bought some of his very good wines.

Amazing views

Beautiful location, very handy for the lake (swimming, pedelos etc) and with some lovely restaurants and gelatos in the local town! Views from the property are amazing, it is very quiet and peaceful

Perfect Home base!

This house was absolutely stunning! Its very quiet, secluded, and serves as a perfect base to explore the area. We loved the pool and the gardens. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I definetly recommend

Beautiful view from the terrace as well as from the pool. House was very clean and well equipped. The host was great and helped us with everything we needed.

Lovely house in an amazing location. Owner was very attentive. Had a storm happen which blocked the filter to the swimming pool. I messaged the owner and a swimming pool engineer came within a couple of hours

Great stay

The property is situated up the hill with a breathtaking view of the Lake. Its set amongst trees and vines. The house is traditional and homely. There is air conditioning, though we were there in a heatwave and it struggled a bit to cool the entire house. Great pool, which was a lot larger than we anticipated, again with spectacular views. Communication with the owner to answer any queries we had was excellent - very responsive. We would happily recommend this property.

A piece og heaven on earth

This place, where the perfect spot, for our family vacation. Every morning where spent with a cup of coffee watching the magneficent view. We would definitely come back here. Johan is the perfect host, very polite and always easy to come in contact with. All in all the house is perfect, the pool is perfect, everything is perfect with a view like that. We can only recommend casa viva la vista and Johan.

Astonishing view from a nice house

It was wonderful to have breakfast or dinner on one of the terraces, surrounded by wine grapes and beautiful flowers, with a marvellous view on Lake Trasimeno and with a nice, large pool for a cool swim. The house is very well maintained and well equipped to host up to 9 persons, with airco on the first floor. The owner is very friendly and easily reachable in case of questions. The location is ideal as a base to make some visits to the beautiful cities in the area Umbria and Toscana: Assisi, Florence, Perugia, . . . and to some famous wine villages where only the names gets you already the ‘wine’ in the mouth. You can also go to the lake for some water fun activities. In short: we had a very nice stay with our 2 children and will certainly come back.

The wow feeling when arriving

When the gates to the house opens, and you experience the view first hand for the first time you realise that the pictures didn’t do it justice. - at all. The host where very nice, helpful and fore coming. Very short answer time and things just gets done. Very helpful in general and gives great tips on restaurants, cantinas, things to se and much more. The bonus is finding out that Johan’s actually makes pretty good wine. If you visit, do yourself the favour of experience it, either by talking to him or visit the cantina that has his wine. We’re not by any means done with the area, and when we come back we’ll stay there again - if the place’s not booked.

Perfect

When we arrived at the house we were overwhelmed by the fantastic view! It really is something special. The house is perfectly located for day trips. You are on a main road in 5-10 minutes and from there you can get around very easily. That in itself is a big plus. Tuoro is a cozy little town where you can have breakfast with a family of 4 for like 15 euro, all in. The pool is a nice bonus in hot Umbrian summer, and it is large enough to swim with two adults or play around with a whole family. Our kids loved it. The garden is really beautiful as well, with plenty of place to sit. Our favorite was the patio though, where you can sit and eat in the shade with a splendid view. The master bedroom was really cool. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. They tend to get a bit hotter, but there is airco available. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can see that the owner uses this property often as well, so it really has everything that you need. We had a perfect stay!

De ligging, het uitzicht, de voorzieningen, de tuin zijn echt fantastisch!!!!Hier en daar is echter wel wat (achterstallig) onderhoud vereist. En VRBO had ons geen sleutelcode gestuurd waardoor we het huis niet binnen konden komen, 's nachts om 12.00 uur... Het is naar onze mening geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Ondanks de genoemde zaken is het zeker een aanrader. De tuin, zwembad, uitzicht, verschillende terrassen en alle voorzieningen maken alkes meer dan goed!

Belle maison

Schöner Ausblick, spazieren gehen eher in der Stadt möglich 😅

Das Ferienhaus, der Pool und die Lage war super! Zum Baden sind wir aber eher zum 135 km entfernten Lago di Bolsena gefahren. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht. Der Besitzer war auch jederzeit erreichbar. erreichbar

Tuoro, paesino sconosciuto ma delizioso anche per il suo ccicondario

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Casa attrezzatissima,, vista meravigliosa, posizione incantevole. Piscina tenuta benissimo. Oltre tutto abbiamo avuto il bellissimo piacere di ricevere visita di una volpe, cosa per noi del tutto insolita, ma che ci ha fatto immenso piacere.

Het is zeker een fantastische plek om te zijn!

Het huis staat op een fantastische plek boven op de heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig, het kan alleen schoner en de keuken was/is niet schoon. Ook flesjes met deet is geen luxe. We hebben genoten van het zwembad. De eigenaar reageerde elke keer snel en accuraat!

Dank u om de tijd te nemen voor de feedback. We vinden het een beetje raar dat u na het verblijf meldt dat de keuken niet helemaal proper was terwijl we communicatie hadden op de dag van aankomst. De kuisploeg meldt me dat alles op de normale manier proper gemaakt is. Er zijn wat gebruikerssporen op het annrecht, maar dit is niet vuil. Gezien geen enkele van onze vorige recensies hier melding van maakt over de laatste 11 jaar vinden we dit een rare reactie. Het is waar dat in Italië veel muggen zijn, en daarom hebben we ook alle deuren en vensters voorzien van muggenramen. We hebben tevens een dazenval geplaatst. We hebben tevens muggen plugs in het huis en houders voor kaarsen buiten. We kunnen echter niet voor iedereen voor muggenmelk zorgen, evenmin we voor zonnecrème zorgen omdat er veel zon is. Het was leuk geweest als u de problemen met muggen had gemeld bij de start dan hadden we u kunnen verwijzen naar de oplossingen die wij gebruiken en beschikbaar hebben in het huis. Wij gebruiken geen DEET omdat dit niet zo goed is.

Juste parfait !

La vue depuis la maison et la piscine est magnifique. Les couchages sont confortables et les chambres agréables (rangements ++). La cuisine est équipée (cafetière à piston, bouilloire, plaques, four, frigo, machine à laver, ...). Le propriétaire de la maison est disponible et bienveillant. Cette maison a été parfaite pour nous !

Traumhaus über dem Lago Trasimeno

Traumhaft gelegenes Haus mit Blick über den gesamten Lago Trasimeno. Viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Perfekt eingerichtete Küche, sehr gutes WLAN, wunderschöne Terrasse und ein herrlicher Pool. Supermarkt ca. 4km, genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung. Vom Haus weg traumhafte MTB Touren möglich. Perugia und Assisi ca. 40km. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr netter, kommunikativer Vermieter!

Perfektes Haus mit wunderschönem Blick

Wir genossen die Zeit in diesem schönen Haus mit seinem wundervollen Blick über den Trasimenosee. Komplett ruhig gelegen, mit großem Pool und einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Inmitten von Eichenwäldern, Weinstöcken und vielen anderen Pflanzen kann man in aller Ruhe den Tag genießen und ist doch in 15-20 Minuten in den größeren Orten am See. Johan war sehr sympatisch und dabei immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein herrlich großes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Der große Pool mit angrenzender Terrasse eignet sich zum Schwimmen und Spielen, Sonnen und Entspannen. Der Vermieter ist schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles zuverlässig. Danke für wunderschöne Ferien!

Fantastische accommodatie!

Prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, prachtige omgeving en Johan is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Dé topattractie van het huis is zonder twijfel het prachtige uitzicht over het Lago di Trasimeno. Heerlijk om onder het genot van een drankje te genieten van een uitzicht dat nooit verveelt. In de buurt is meer dan voldoende te doen; van prachtige steden als Florence, Perugia of Cortona, tot heerlijke restaurantjes in het dorp Tuoro. Kortom; voor hen die een vakantie zoeken met een afwisseling van ontspanning en activiteit is dit huis de aangewezen plek. Aanrader!
