We would like to invite you to RENT (short or long term) our beautiful spacious 5 bedroom, 3 full bath beach house. This home offers a formal living room and both formal dining room, informal dining area and kitchen eating bar to accommodate all of your entertaining needs. We have all the cooking utensils and cookware for large group dining/entertaining.

The house also features a very large family great room that contains a casual eating nook for four, high speed wireless internet, a fabulous 70” flat screen HDTV w/ premium channels, state of the art DVD, Bose Surround Sound System w/ indoor/outdoor speakers, a cozy wood burning fireplace and ample comfortable seating for a large group or intimate gathering - all overlooking the private tropical pool oasis in the rear yard!

4KHD Samsung Smart TV's in every bedroom, front parlor sitting room and Great Room! Everyone can relax and watch their favorite show/movie on Netflix, HULU Premium , Disney +, and the the kids can hook up the PS4, Wii or Nintendo Switch wherever they choose!

There is a pack and play and toys for the wee ones, a changing table and crib for those who may need it, and an office equipped with a desk, fax, and copy machine. This home is perfect for entertaining or use as a luxury homebase while in town for that special event. There is plenty of room for entertaining more than one family allowing everyone to spread out affording privacy when wanted and a large Great Room perfect for whole group gathering to watch the big game, movie night or simply entertaining.

Our home is just 4 short blocks to the ocean – a 5 min walk from door to shore! Our beach holiday home boasts 3,300 square feet and includes all of the luxuries and amenities of a year round residence. The rear yard is completely enclosed with a six foot high solid privacy fence, and is highlighted by a resort-quality pool with waterfalls and color-changing night lighting for extra special night-time swims. The pool deck is made of top quality stone pavers and there is plenty of comfortable teak dining and resort quality seating / lounging around the pool. Perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the tropical sunshine and stunning twilight sunsets.

The pool is serviced each week and can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $65 per diem. Please let us know at least one week in prior to your arrival.

The back yard also offers a large grassy area for yard games, and there is a stainless steel propane BBQ grill for your culinary enjoyment. There are also resort style commercial chaise lounge chairs and sun umbrellas for those who wish to shield themselves from the rays.

The tropical foliage and towering palms amid the pool area are sure to make you feel as though you are lost in an island hideaway oasis.

You’ll have full and exclusive private use of our pool, beach, and children's toys! You can choose to rent everything needed for water sports, bikes, or scooters at several nearby locations. We look forward to assisting you with planning your stay!

13.5% Florida Room Tax Rate Applies, $1,000 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT is required. All adult guests must be a party to the rental agreement and provide current valid state or gov't issued photo id prior to arrival.

A Rental Agreement with details of your stay will be sent to you via email. Upon arrival you will be met by our property manager who will provide a unique access code for your reservation, walk through inspection, orientation of the home, and will be available to answer any questions that may arise during your stay. Our property manager resides 10 minutes from our home and is available should you require assistance. Check-out is seamless and contact free. Our housekeeper will service the house immediately following your departure upon check-out. Please contact us with questions so that we may make your stay as wonderful as possible!
