Inside Sea Breeze, the bright and airy open floor plan includes a fully renovated kitchen, large dining table for eight, and island seating- perfect for entertaining. A retro arcade machine greets you at the entrance, while the cozy living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind.

The home boasts multiple bedrooms with king beds, Smart TVs, and stylish decor. The spacious primary suite includes a private sitting area and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Additional bedrooms offer king or queen beds, all with Smart TVs.

For extra fun, head to the air conditioned game garage with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and seating area. There is also a "Harry Potter Room" under the stairs, that kids will love for reading, napping, or just a fun little hangout space.

DOG FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
