This casita features a fully equipped kitchen with an island and has granite throughout along with a breakfast nook that overlooks a lovely lake in which you can enjoy the sounds and view of the fountain. There is a dining room that comfortably seats 6 adults and the outdoor lani that is perfect for enjoying the fresh air while watching the palms swaying in the breeze.
The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a master bath, complete with granite counter-tops. The guest bedroom boasts its own queen size bed and full bath.
The Village Center boasts beautiful amenities and is the social center of the Paseo community. Its amenities include a resort-style pool complex, fitness center, six tennis courts, fishing pier, four bocce ball courts, basketball courts, an ice cream parlor, a full-service Pub Restaurant, a full-service spa, a library/internet café’, coffee shop and a movie theater.
The Fitness Center is a 4,000 square feet featuring treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights and weight machines as well as a studio workout room that offers various instructor led classes. .
The Spa overlooks Paseo’s resort-style pool and a full menu of services, including hand therapy, foot therapy, waxing, facial therapy and massage therapy, as well as scrubs and wraps, all in beautifully-decorated rooms. You may schedule manicures, pedicures, a variety of facials and six different kinds of massages, including one poolside amid the calming sounds of the pool's waterfalls.
The pool complex sits on a lakefront with a resort pool including elaborate waterfalls and rock scape as well as a poolside the 'Tiki Bar', which serves a lunch menu and drinks. Adjacent to the main pool is a large whirlpool, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground. The richly landscaped sundeck offers custom-designed furnishings and a large semi-circle of seven authentic thatched roof huts with wooden decks to provide shade.
All towels, sheets, and pillows, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry closet on the second floor, near the bedrooms for easy access.
Wireless, high-speed internet and cable TV are provided in our home. A printer, fax machine, landline telephone, wired computers, and a wireless network are provided in the Village Center's Internet Cafe/Library, so doing business while enjoying your stay won't be a problem.
Food is available at the Village Center's Pub, the pool-side Tiki Bar, or the Bistro, which is open for special occasions. All are priced very reasonably.
