Host is extremely responsive and helpful! The house is very cute, clean, and comfortable. A walk across the street to the beach. For anyone who hasn’t visited the area, there is a free trolley that runs up and down Estero making it very easy to get to and from food and shops.

We had an amazing time staying here. The location is perfect, with the beach within walking distance. The home was thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor seating area, and the beach chairs made our beach outings absolutely perfect.

The host was amazing!! We used the provided beach cruisers to head down to get cinnamon rolls and coffee!! The provided beach gear was everything we would need and made the vacation so much more enjoyable. The house was immaculate and very relaxing!

Property exceeded expectations. I’ve never stepped into a house and WANTED to cook. The kitchen was well equipped and I cooked almost every morning and night. It did rain every afternoon, but it’s Florida and expected- we loved listening to and watching the storms. The beach was basically private, plenty of room. And we collected SO many shells. Beds and couch were very comfortable. I hope to stay here again with my son the next time we vacation in Fort Myers.
We saw stingrays!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! Our stay at this beautiful beach house was nothing short of spectacular, truly a great experience from start to finish! We absolutely loved everything about it and couldn't recommend it more highly.From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly well-equipped the place was. The appliances were new and top-of-the-line, making our stay so comfortable and convenient. Every necessity seemed to be thoughtfully provided! The location is simply perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our daily excursions incredibly easy and enjoyable. What truly set this rental apart were the thoughtful amenities provided for beachgoers: having access to beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas made our beach days effortless and so much more fun. We really appreciated having bikes available in different sizes, so everyone in our group could enjoy a ride around the area. It's clear that the owners have put immense care and attention into every detail, ensuring guests have everything they could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. It’s rare to find a rental this well-stocked and so thoughtfully prepared for guests. Everything was just so great and we can't wait to come back!

All the Things!!!

From all the ingredients to make a Florida key lime pie to the best beach shovel ever, this home was STOCKED to the max with top of the line supplies and fun-in-the- sun amenities from bikes to grills to a floating mat. The island is still under reconstruction from Ian which means the beach itself is less crowded than in years past. It’s a short walk to what on most days felt like a private beach! We had a lovely time!

Great location short walk to beach and house was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Playa Allison. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Rob was in contact during our stay and was available for any issues/questions. We did have a small issue with the toilet but it was quickly remedied. Kitchen was fully equipped. Had all the beach stuff which was great. Chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, etc. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Well maintained home with the perks of having access to beach toys and equipment. We appreciated the prompt attention from the owner when anything came up. Walk to the beach is easier than it looks in the pictures. Glad we chose this rental.

Great Beach Vacation

This is the best vacation rental I've ever had! The house is excellent both in location and amenities with an owner that really wants you to have a fantastic vacation! Very close to the beach (accurate listing description) with every beach toy you can imagine. My college age kids & family particularly enjoyed the lily pad & stand-up paddle board. If barbeque is your thing, there are 5 different grills/smokers for you to close from! We smoked a full turkey on the Orion Cooker which got rave reviews from the whole family. Inside, the well appointed kitchen is top notch with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc to handle family entertaining including 2 full size refrigerators providing plenty of food and drink storage. Lastly, the "downstairs" outdoor family room is a great place for family meals, gaming, or just relaxing on the sectional couch watching a football game on the TV. Again, this really is the best vacation rental I've ever had. Plenty of beds, sleeping areas, great kitchen, more amenities than you can use, and a very short walk to the beach (or bike ride if you choose). We will definitely rebook for a future vacation!

Ideal location. Attentive host. Closer to the ocean than beachfront property we have stayed at 6500 block of Estero. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas and lots to do. We rode the bicycles and hung out at the beach. There’s a gym around the corner if you need to work out. Look forward to staying again.

Fort Myers Beach Getaway

The property was as advertised and more. Plenty of space. Tons of amenities. Everything you need for a great time at the beach. Close to everything. Great recommendations on local restaurants. Dixie Fish Company was the best, also SOB was great. If you go fishing, they will cook your fresh catch. Thanks Rob for all the great tips on where to eat. Great communication from Rob as well. If we ever make it back this way we would definitely stay here again.

Our best family vacation yet!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to a beautiful beach. They really thought of everything at the house, and we loved playing with the bikes, water pad, kayaks, and all the great beach toys. Our evening movie nights on the reclining couch and great nights sleep on comfy beds finished the days of beach play perfectly. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely love to return.

The absolute best!

We were extremely lucky and grateful to have come across this gem of a rental. I can't express the amount of gratitude that we have for Rob, Tina, and Emmy! They really made our stay feel like home. This house was fully equppied with everything that we needed and more! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to cook and we enjoyed our beach days to the max with all the goodies in the shed. The private beach was such a short distance away and barely had anyone there! (Which is great considering that we are still in the middle of a pandemic) Rob has been so accommodating throughout our whole trip and we can't thank him enough for his kindness. We had an issue with the shower and he immediately found a solution and fixed it for us in a blink of an eye. The attention to detail was great. Thank you so much for making our family trip extremely memorable and providing us with everything we needed!

Amazing get away

Rob Allison was a stupendous host, didn’t matter the time of day or issue we’d run into, Rob was attentive and diligent in solving the problem. The beach is walkable distance & the bikes are useful for almost any situation! I had a spectacular time at this home.

Wonderful time in Fort Myers beach !!

I would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the Ft. Myers Beach area. We loved our stay at the beach which was so close to us. We had eight people fit very comfortably in this house. The house offers bikes and kayak, which was a bonus for us .We enjoyed many wonderful restaurants. As a parent, I found the Ft. Myers Beach area very safe and hope to return in the future. My favorite part of this property is the few steps from a beautiful white beach and watching dolphins on the beach at sunset. Definitely I will come back to the Allison house !
