Such a nice property. I loved the decorating. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Great place to walk. Kitchen had great supplies. I’d love to stay there again.

Everything was 100% perfect for our stay! The property was spotless. The backyard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and anything else you would need. I used the washer and dryer without issues. Plenty of towels, hair products, and body wash. The beds were comfortable, with nice pillows. We really enjoyed how the house was decorated. Very tasteful. We used the back patio a lot. Very nice table and comfy chairs. Ronda was amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting her. She was so friendly and helpful. She even had recommendations for dining. I would LOVE to stay here in the future when we are in town. I have absolutely no complaints! Susan

We were in town for a CSU graduation and we absolutely loved being in this cozy comfortable home. It was only 20 minutes to campus and we also spent a day at Rocky Mountain national Park. It has a large grocery store. We cooked most of the meals at the house and had everything we needed. Lots of extra blankets were included, which was nice. I also loved the fan because I get hot flashes at night so that was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for being so understanding about the disposal… Sometimes things break down when it’s least convenient. Luckily it was an easy fix. Sorry for any inconvenience. We stayed here when our house was finishing construction and our previous home sold. Everything was as described and Ronda (the owner) was easy to work with. Home is well located and provides a comfortable stay.

We had an excellent stay at this home. It was a perfect location for exploring the Loveland/Fort Collins area and was very comfortably furnished. Our dogs loved exploring the back yard, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the house was attractively decorated. Definitely a 5 star stay!

So I needed a local place to stay. and Loveland, Colorado, because I had some remodeling/refinishing of hardwood floors being done in my own home. I also now have five pets. I inherited two pets recently, a dog and a cat, after my mother’s passing. So I feel like I have a small little farm/zoo going on right now. Not the easiest to find a place who’ll accept three dogs and two cats. But Ronda, let us in her home and my dogs especially love the backyard. I mean, they love our backyard, but boy, they seem to really love her backyard. They wanted to be outside, outside, outside. The cats were as great as they could be. They do go out sometimes at home, but I didn’t wanna let them out at Rhonda’s place. They stayed in and amongst where we were, mostly around the couch and in the windowsills. One of my cats inherited the chair with the ottoman. He seemed to love that little chair. The place is adorable. It’s well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The shower pressure in the bathroom is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed that shower. It has much better water pressure than my own home. I ordered in a lot, so I didn’t really cook a great deal. Coffee maker was there. Nice to have. I’m a big coffee person for the morning. Ronda did mention the refrigerator. I think she’s going to replace that soon. I didn’t have many things in it, but apparently the freezer doesn’t seem to be freezing things well. If I had one suggestion, I personally love a television in the master bedroom. 5 stars

Easy check in, super responsive host. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfy. It was the perfect house for our family while we moved our oldest to CSU.

Perfect vacation rental.

Close to alot of activities in the town, but also close enough to get out of town to popular tourist destinations quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Ronda was the perfect host. Easy to communicate with. This rental has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Its so clean. Plenty of space for children. Its in such a quiet neighborhood and convenient to anything and everything you need. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I stayed here so we would be close to a family reunion in Ft Collins. The house was perfect -comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The backyard was large and our pup really enjoyed it, especially the squirrel! Communication with Ronda was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and great location for us!

Everything was great. We have a dog and they are very pet friendly!! It was very nice size so we all had a bed to sleep on. There instructions was accurate and very accommodating. Next time we are in Loveland we would use this listing again.

Convenient location with fenced yard

We stayed two weeks while in transition from out of state. The location was great with easy access to the surrounding area.

This VRBO is one the best that we have stayed. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the bath towels were large and luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer were large. The back yard was big & well kept. Our dog loved the place. The hostess was the best we have ever had. Ronda was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. We recommend this VRBO with 5 stars.

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful place with a wonderful patio to watch summer quick storms and the sun. Owner was very accomodating and pleasant to speak with. the house is very well decorated and comfortable. Spent 1 or 2 days just lounging and enjoying the place.

Adorable and spacious!

My family stayed here while visiting our niece and couldn’t have picked a better place! Beautifully decorated, comfortable cozy beds and very clean! Rhonda was wonderful to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Serene backyard with spacious kitchen

Second time staying at this property! Booked it for a second time for the comfortable home, peaceful fenced in yard for our dog, and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Owner provides just about everything you could need for a relaxing stay.

Nice cozy house to use as home base for exploring northern Colorado (Estes Park, Ft Collins, Loveland, RMNP) as well as Denver for the day. Very quiet neighborhood, central a/c, and three nice bedrooms. Sweet backyard with table and chairs for al fresco dining (AM and PM), big living room, and ample parking. Very nice washer & dryer as well, so you can pack light.Owner just a text away and responds very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
