Comfortable outside furniture in pool area, 75" Flat ScreenTV, outside grill and dining table, heated pool, makes this house perfect for cook outs and entertainment! You will enjoy tropical plants, birds singing, tropical trees and views surrounding the house! Depending on the season you might get a chance of tasting some fruits from the fruit trees on the property! Fishing in the canal, watching turtles and manatees in the water, beautiful sunsets and sunrises- all these exciting things are awaiting for you!
The house is full of local artists' paintings and art pieces (some of them are for sale).
Estero Beach and Sanibel Beach are 30 minutes away. Naples is a great place to visit especially 5th avenue with galleries, cafes and the best Italian food! Sarasota is another fun place to visit only 1 hr 20 mints away!
Beach chairs are also available.

After we had an issue with the pool caused by a new worker of the pool service company during 2024 summer, we switched to the Pool Doctor company and replaced the heat pump, now the pool is in the great condition, and we get a great weekly service!

The boat lift you see on the pictures currently is unavailable.
(Dry sauna is out of order).

No outside guests are allowed in the house. The code to enter will be provided a day before arriving. Copies of ID are required.
Pool services come on Fridays. Trash pick up is on early Thursday morning!
Please do dishes or it’s $50 fee. Start a load of towels pls and bring bedding to the laundry.

Absolutely terrible, ruined our family trip!

This home was absolutely terrible! Pool completely green. Owner messaged me the day we were checking in to tell me a pool guy would be there to change filter. Second day in the trip pool still completely unusable. Owners excuses were absolutely absurd. House was not clean at all. Vrbo sent me to a hotel for 3 days till Health inspectors confirmed that I rightfully deserved a refund! Complete nightmare! Family’s save all year to take their family’s on a vacation to only be ruined by this is just completely unfair!

Great place to stay

The kids really enjoyed the pool. having the TV outside by the pool and fishing off of the canal in which they caught several large fish. The place overall was great.

Quiet and Private

This home in Cape Coral is located in a lovely area convenient to everything. The home is very comfortable. We had some maintenance issues that took some time to get resolved but the host did what they could considering they are not close by.

Very disappointing. Pool didn’t work- freezing. The pool guy came and noticed the pump was broke. No color at night for the pool either. A lot of the electrical didn’t work - lights were out throughout the house. Dishwasher didn’t work. No ice - broke too. Took hours to get a response back from owner. Sauna had a lock on it - owner said it was also broke. Lock on garage - wasn’t allowed to go in there and also a front room was locked. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Good Stay

Had a great two week stay. Nice home located near a canal, nice heated pool. Few minor problems with the tv-resolved, the dishwasher never worked for the two weeks we there, agent knew no one ever responded to fix it. Would probably rent the property again.

Loved it!

The pool and house were both great! Master bedroom has a sleep number bed which we liked. Host was super easy to communicate with. Decided to extend our stay while there, and will definitely look at this property again next time if available!

We enjoyed staying here and everything was as it was advertised to be!! We had a slight problem with the pool and air conditioning but it was taken care of immediately!!! We would stay here again!!!

Summer vacation

The house was beautiful and everything we needed was provided. It was a nice change that we didn't have to buy the daily necessities like laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The property owner was very prompt in answering any questions. There was a couple points of confusion, the house rules said the check-in code would be given the day before, but we had to wait the day of... which was a little nerve wracking as we were driving 17hrs to get there. Also, we knew there was a fee for each person over 6 people, but I thought that was included in the total when we paid... it was not. We were already on our way when we were told the day before check-in that we owed $350 for the extra 2 people. That was a shock for us, and definitely not something we had budgeted for, but had to pay it regardless. I would just suggest that in the future the owner contacts the renter immediately after booking to let them know what is owed, because it doesn't say anywhere in the listing that this fee isn't included in the total. Otherwise, we had a great vacation. The kids loved the pool and fishing in the canal. There was plenty of towels provided and extra blankets. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Beaches were a little bit of a drive, but we just took a day for each different beach we visited. I definitely recommend Naples, it was by far our favorite!

Spring Break Trip

Nice property, clean and easy to get to. Lots of room inside for our family of 4 and the outside entertainment area was great with the pool. Owner was helpful with questions. We would stay again. It did say that there were kayaks, but no life jackets so couldn't use them, so that was a bummer. Also was stated to have cable television, but you only got the local channels.
