We welcome family groups only at this time!
*Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend, until end of September- pool & whirlpool are both kept at 84 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the season*

Our beach home is steps away from beautiful Pere Marquette in Muskegon, MI. This spacious home is a slice of heaven for sun bathing, pool loving, memory making families. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of waves crashing on Lake Michigan, smell the fresh unsalted air, and feel the gentle breeze from Michigan's "west coast" at our beach oasis!

Upon entering the main level of our Muskegon Beach House, guests will step into the bright and airy great room equipped with a full kitchen, sprawling dining table, and sitting room; perfect for watching movies and catching up with family and friends. Draw the curtains, or enjoy the sandy views of Lake Michigan and beach goers soaking up the sun. Step outside onto the gorgeous, large balcony to bask in all of Michiganā€™s beauty, or enjoy dinner with your loved ones on the outdoor dining table.
The main level features three bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 & 2 each offer a queen bed along with a dresser for your belongings and a closet for your use. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds along with a closet.
Continue downstairs to the homeā€™s lower level, to find a fun-filled retreat. Enjoy a competitive game of foosball, play video games, board games, or simply wind down and watch a movie in the lower levelā€™s cozy gathering area. The lower level features a full bathroom with shower, and bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds to provide ample sleeping arrangements for families.

If you are joining us in the summer, (end of May-September) enjoy the luxury of our pool house. Our pool house features a full bathroom with a shower unit, and a beautiful vanity and a hang out area to relax in.

Aside from the beauty out your front window, we cannot forget to mention the beauty that lies in the backyard. Our house is one of the only homes on Beach St. that sits on an expansive, double lot. Our backyard features a stunning, well-kept pool that is perfect for splashing in on a warm summer day. Alongside the pool is a whirlpool, (think same size as Jacuzzi but same temperature as pool) to relax in as well. Enjoy a bonfire, or pool side lunch at the outdoor dining table, or fire pit. There is truly something for everyone at our home, we hope you find your way to this spectacular beach stay!

We had an great time at the beach house in Muskegon. The host Julie had excellent communication before our stay, during our stay and even after. The house had everything you could think of and was decorated perfectly. The pool was an added bonus and a great place to cool off and relax after a hot day at the beach.

Great house! Julie was a good host, very responsive. Our entire family had a wonderful time. House is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The beach is beautiful and The Deck restaurant was lots of fun. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Oasis

Our 4 generation family , ages 2 months to 71 years had a fabulous time at Julieā€™s home. It was absolutely beautiful. So clean with so much space and it had everything that you could possibly need. The backyard was amazing with the big pool, fire pit, several seating areas and a pool house with an extra bedroom and full bath was perfect . Being across the street from Lake Michigan, the park and the super cool Deck restaurant with daily bands was just icing on the cake!One of the best rentals we have stayed in Julie was a wonderful host,!! We hope to be back soon

Amazing!!! The house is such a perfect location! We loved everything about our stay, having the pool was fantastic-a little unexpected oasis at a beach house!! The house was clean and comfortable. We stay at different beach town rental homes every year and this house is number one for all of us after this trip.

Fun Family Getaway

This was grandma, her three kids and their spouses, and her perfect grandchildren having fun in the pool, on the beach and local restaurants! Kitchen table is big enough for board games with the kids. Great communication with Julie! Even showed up to roll the garbage out to the curb! Just could not be better!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Going to my hometown is always a blast, but having a house to share with friends and Family from out of town visiting is perfection. The location is key and the option of going to pool and Beach is amazing. Added bonus of the bathroom at the poolhouse and The privacy of two extra beds in there away from the main house.

Beautiful, comfortable and fun home in a great location

This home was a perfect getaway for our family ages 1-70! This is the best rental home Iā€™ve ever stayed in. Julie thinks of everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. A well stocked kitchen with all the basics. Soaps, detergents, garbage bags, paper towels. Extra blanket, a fan, hangers, a hamper, and a luggage rack in each bedroom. When Julie knew I was bringing my 2 little kids she provided us with a bed rail, pack n play, sheets, sound machine, high chair, double stroller, baby gate, beach wagon, beach toys. There was also a bin of toys some childrenā€™s plates and forks. The downstairs was a perfect hangout for 3 teenage boys. Beach chairs, beach towels, extra fridge in downstairs. Unfortunately, we didnā€™t have very nice weather so we did not have a chance to use the pool or spend much time at the beach which was what we were planning on doing. But on Julies suggestions we still had a great time. The restaurant across the street was super fun beach BBQ place, we road 4 wheelers on the sand dunes, visited the submarine museum and used the fire pit many nights. Firewood and sā€™mores sticks were provided. There is beach volley ball nets and a playground across the street on the beach and we bought a kite from the beach shack. Grand Haven was a 30 minute trip and had cute shops and restaurants. If the weather was nicer Iā€™m sure we would have lived at the pool and beach. We ate at Lambardos Pizza -awesome, The Deck- fun, Dockers -not great, Brunch House -yum!

This place was above our expectations - it was cute, clean, and a fantastic location. The property manager was extremely quick in her responses and went above and beyond to make sure that our party was well taken care of. Couldnā€™t recommend more.

My new favorite place to stay in Muskegon!

Everything about this rental was so amazing. Starting with Julie accommodating an early check in. She then worked extra hard to resolve a wi-do outage that was no fault of her own. (Kids weā€™re very happy about wifi working). The house is amazing inside an out! Plenty of space for our family. And the backyard and pool made for a great hangout when we needed a break from the beach. The location is absolutely prime being within walking distance to Pere Marquette beach and of course The Deck! Weā€™ll be booking our stay for next year ASAP!

Summer Getaway

Canā€™t say enough positive things about this property. Everything you need is well stocked. The property owners were extremely communicative and offered anything we might need. Location is super convenient to the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. The backyard and pool area are a private oasis from the public beach that can be a bit busy. Would definitely stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house that simply had it all! Three generations of family happily enjoyed the gorgeous pool, all of the amenities in this fantastic house and close proximity to the beach and Lake Michigan. The house was so clean, had everything we needed and we loved how organized all of the provided information about the area was - we have rented 6 other vacation homes and this was by far the very best. Great communication from the owner as well. We didn't need the additional pool house but it was such a cool bonus! The house was beautifully decorated but still super comfy. The owner even provided a bed gate, sound machine and diaper rash ointment for our young niece which was so thoughtful. Would have loved to stay an extra week it was that great. Thank you!!

Wonderful all around!

This place is the perfect location to the beach and having the pool was super convenient. We enjoyed the restaurants that were walking distance to the house. Julie was beyond helpful with any requests we had after arrival. Our group ranges from 2 - 60 year olds and we all had a blast. Plenty of space to spread out and relax for our group of 8. We will be returning for sure!
