You'll love this sun filled home that is 2 blocks away from Muskegon Lake & only a 5-minute WALK from Pere Marquette Park (Lake Michigan Sandy Beach). The home is a short drive to a lot of great restaurants/shops and only 25 minutes to Grand Haven if you want to take a day trip there.

You will be able to walk to Muskegon Lake in 3 minutes and to Pere Marquette (Lake Michigan Beach) in just 5 minutes! We will provide our recommendations for SUP, kayak rentals, and our favorite spots for watching a beautiful sunset!

In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10pm or move the fun indoors.

This is an older home so you may notice some creaky floors, doors that stick, etc. - none of this will impact your stay but we wanted to let you know about it.

We have security cameras and noise monitors but we don't monitor them unless there is an issue - your privacy is important to us. We just have them to ensure our guests are good neighbors!

We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately that means no matter how much we spray the home, a bug might sneak in to the home at some point.....if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.

We also aren't allowed by the city to have motorhomes or camper vans at our home so please find other accommodations if you are bringing a camper van etc.

The home was conveniently stationed in close proximity to beach access. It was clean and the process was seamless. Our infant kids enjoyed the kid-friendly nature. It made for a great family trip.

There was plenty of all of the necessities. Everything was as pictured and communication was great. We had 7 teenagers and 5 adults in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone.

Our group of two families with 6 kids stayed in January. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were lots of toys/games for the kids. The location was great- close to the beach, easy to find.

Great for family

Property was extremely clean and comfortable with extras not normally found in rentals. Owners are very responsive. Absolutely perfect for those vacationing with children. Although we were there during a snow storm, proximity to the lake is great. Will absolutely consider this property again.

Perfect beach cottage

This was our first family vacation to Michigan and we will definitely be back! The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the house. There is also plenty of parking along the beach.The house has everything to make traveling easy. The playroom upstairs is great for kids. If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, they have thought of everything you need!The host was very helpful and responsive during our stay to ensure our stay was great.

Great Stay!

Great house with everything you need. Plenty of space and beds and areas to hang out. Lots of dishes and a dishwasher so do you don't have to be constantly washing dishes to keep from running out. A short walk to Lake Michigan and The Deck restaurant! Neighborhood is comfortable and quiet. Great communication if anything comes up . . . we had a WIFI connectivity issue that they were able to quickly resolve remotely. Make sure to visit the LST 393 WWII Veteran's Museum!! Thank you!

Truly home away from home

10 adult women rented this house for a girls weekend. The place was great. Nice large table worked well for games and meals. Loved all the amenities. All the utensils, crockpot, blender, coffee pot were great quality and definitely added to our experience. They have thought of everything to make you feel at home. Super clean, fresh, well maintained. Beds and pillows were awesome. PAC man games were a hit and tons of fun! Awesome communication from the hosts! Loved it and will likely be backā€¦maybe when itā€™s not a snow storm next time!

Absolutely wonderful!

Even better than expected. This rental may look small from the outside, but is spacious inside with 3 stories of fun. The game room downstairs was a favorite for all of us ( ages9-72). The top floor offers a play area for younger kids and a quiet place to get away from it all for others. My family called it the zen room. Four bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping areas and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. ( the beach is a short walk away. The channel, too. ) Dockers and The Deck are minutes away with great food and entertainment. We enjoyed the fire pit and barbecue in the backyard,too. So much to enjoy at this house. Communication with Sean is excellent and easy. We recommend this vacation rental and look forward to staying there again.
