The property is also full of wildlife. Three herds of deer criss-cross our land daily and there is a little fox that sometimes hides under our deck.

At this house, you will see lots of bunnies, squirrels, dear, wood peckers, and songbirds. And there is a chance if you are lucky that you will see an owl, a raccoon, coyote, or a fox. We even had a small bear in the neighborhood this summer. Keep your eyes open. Itā€™s almost a guarantee that you will see Pronghorn in the meadows as you drive into town about three min from our house.

Even though the house is in the mountains off a dirt road it is also located within ten minutes of Walmart, Target, King Supers, Loweā€™s, Home Depot, Arbyā€™s, Fitness Centers, YMCA, Wells Fargo, a brand new splash park, Spas, a hospital, and pretty much everything else.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Had a fantastic stay in this house.Kids loved the outside play area, they spent a lot of time on the equipment.Everyone also enjoyed the hot tub.Plenty of room for all 13 of us, didnā€™t even use all the beds.Great location for us, around 15 minutes to all the events we attended.Loved the peaceful atmosphere.All the kids said they wanted to come back there.

Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful house that's perfect for hosting people. Loved the layout of the house, and the backyard was great. Location is close to necessities, but far enough to still give you that feel of being away. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely book this again.

A great property for friends getting together. Everyone has their own space, but there is plenty of room to be together as well! We had so much fun & enjoyed our stay immensely! Weā€™ll be back!

The Best Stay!

I stayed here for the weekend for my sisters bachelorette party. The house is gorgeous and so spacious. Your just far away from the city to get the feeling that your in the woods but close enough to make a quick target run if needed. The rooms were so big and over all the layout was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. You wont be disappointed!

The perfect place!!

What an awesome house! It was gorgeous, super clean, lots of room and I felt like I was in a remote area of gorgeous Colorado. I was really only 10 minutes from everything I would ever need! It was perfect! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Perfect accommodations!

Recently held a work event in this property, we put a house full of female leaders in this house for a training. Could NOT have been happier with this house, the excellent personal service, beautiful well decorated home, immaculate, the weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor amenities--but that additional space is DELUXE! Would love to return for family reunion in this space. It's a winner!

A Thanksgiving full of memories!

The property was the first choice from the list I sent to my family for us to come together for a family Thanksgiving. It was exactly as the pictures represented! W really enjoyed our time in the beautiful kitchen. We had 10 of us all in there cooking and laughing! The dining room easily fit all of us for a delicious meal and hours of games of cards. We traveled from Wisconsin, Georgia, and California. The owner knew that we would be arriving with little time to thaw a turkey so he offered to buy one and have it in the fridge waiting on us. I could not have asked for a more attentive host and beautiful home! We will have memories for years to come! Would definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A beautiful and spacious home!

We were very happy with the layout of the house and felt very comfortable and welcomed in the home. The owners were very thoughtful in providing extra things like soap, shampoo, and toothpaste, in addition to the usual necessities that are normally included in a VRBO home. The kitchen is fully stocked so you donā€™t have to worry about forgetting your stuff at home. We loved the decorations for Christmas around and outside of the house. The backyard space was awesome, but we didnā€™t get to use it as much because of the cold weather. The lights were so beautiful at night! It would be a great space to use in the summer! The house is clean and updated and was perfect for our weekend getaway for our retreat! We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy life away from the craziness of the city. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful home!

Family Time

The house was clean and in good repair, however the advertised property was not accurate. This property sleeps 20 and there were a total of 9 bath towels on site. It says a fully stocked kitchen and this was not so, there was a weird assortment of pans and dishes, no salt and pepper, who wants to run to the store to cook eggs? The ice maker was not working and the fridge door wouldnā€™t stop beeping. Day 2 found raw sewage coming up in the down stairs bathroom tub when using the toilet. Tom was great, but had to spend an entire day trying to get it fixed which put our facilities at times not working for 20 people. The BBQ, was filthy and had not been cleaned in a while, also the burners werenā€™t all working. I was disappointed in the property but the outdoor space was beautiful and worked for us however, for the pice was it was questionable.

Enjoyed stay but could have been better

Loved the property and the house is beautiful! The following things were a disappointment. 1. Oven didn't work 2. There was a lot of expired and mass amounts of food in the upstairs fridge. It is not convenient if you are bringing your own food as there was no room to put our own things. 3. Internet did not work 4. Mass amounts of towels left in the dryer.

Comfortable home for large groups

We had a large gathering for a family reunion with people varying in age from toddlers to great grandparents and everyone really enjoyed it. The home is recently remodeled, in excellent condition, and overall very clean. Everything was working properly and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. I didn't see many kitchen appliances, but it had plenty of dishes and even a Keurig coffee and tea machine. The wifi worked well, even with multiple teenagers on their phones nonstop. The smaller kids really enjoyed the playset in the yard. We enjoyed walking around the area and even found a German microbrew nearby that was within walking distance. The only downside was that the outdoor fire pit that is so prominent in the listing cannot actually be used. Unfortunately, due to fire risk in the area, it appears that you can very rarely have an outdoor wood fire. While this is certainly no fault of the owner, the listing could have made this much more apparent.

Not stay again

Needs a lot of improvement! A) Supplies and kitchen utensils ( pots and pans) were very minimal. We had to buy simple staple items like salt and pepper that should be a stocked item in rental. ( especially for the price! We are a non profit for DV survivors and we had to use more funds for things that should have been available yet had to go buy them all.) B) The chair in the living room has a leg that is not attached so one of our attendees almost fell out of chair. C) water backed up in tubs the first night and in master leaked all over the floor. D) hole in wall behind door in master bedroom E) loose board in 1/2 bath off kitchen F) All bunk beds not safe! ( stairs, springs and way put up) G) pull out bed downstairs is broken H) steps on bunk beds upstairs are not safe I) Tile above stove fell off, and burners are not working properly J) Ice maker doesn't work K) Only master bed and west queen bed are really of any comfort at all so house really only sleeps 4 comfortably and only 10 or 11 safely. L) bunk beds upstairs springs are poking through M) Bathroom door upstairs sticks N) closet doors come off tracks O) Patio railing is loose P) sliding glass door handle on left side is loose Q) hand rails on left of stairs are loose R) handles on bunk bed drawers falling off S) communication with you was hard. I personally left messages with questions before we arrived as did our Directors, and we never received communication back. Not a great impression and We will not be staying again.

Amazing Stay

This was an incredible location for our lacrosse spring break. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay or more central location. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a larger group!

Amazing Place

The property was very beautiful. Setting up the reservation was easy and the owners were very responsive when I asked several questions prior to booking. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a much needed getaway. I emailed the property manager the day we arrived with a question and never heard back, however it was nothing urgent and I had the owners phone numbers in the event something was urgent. We would definitely stay here again and are already talking about when to plan our next trip. It is absolutely beautiful. Really short drive to all the stores etc but out in the country with peace and quiet.
