You are looking at our dream home! We love it so much we want to share it! Built in 2010 this family-owned 6000 sq. ft home sits on 12 acres of land. The land is half open and half treed. It is nestled at the end of a long driveway on a flag-lot. There is parking for 10 cars, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor swings, fire pit, trampoline, a treehouse, a zip line and loads of other things to do!
The interior is designed to feel like a family farmhouse with every amenity you can imagine.

A custom-home designed by the owner as a dream getaway. Tucked away from the hustle on two oversized flag lots, nestled back away from the road. This spacious dwelling features large kitchen, dining, and living areas. With a live piano room, wood-burning fireplace, and front and back porches where you can relax and be together.
The inside main level features the primary bedroom with a California king bed, an oversized bathroom with a walk-in shower/ jetted soaking tub and sitting area. Cozy up with a book or cup of coffee or for our musical guests listen to tune on the upright Yamaha piano. A large, oversized velvet sectional and 2 leather West Elm chairs is a great place to share stories with by the wood burning fireplace. The Magnolia inspired kitchen that boasts a Dacor oven / microwave and warming drawer, a Viking gas stove top, a large walk in pantry with the necessary kitchen appliance, and a Jennair Professional style 48 inch refrigerator. The dining space seats 10-12 guests with additional seating at the island counter (6 chairs). An art / game/ and office space sits right off the dining area with an array of games and a table that expands to seat 8 additional guests. A powder bath, lockers, and a laundry room with a front load washer and dryer completes the main floor.

Upstairs:
Three bedrooms sit off the upstairs bonus area.
Bedroom 1 - king and twin bed.
Bedroom 2 - queen bed.
Bedroom 3 - queen bed
A jack and jill bathroom adjoins bedroom 1 and 2 and a full bathroom can be accessed from bedroom 3 and also is accessible from the bonus room.
Toys, a Pacman arcade game, a tire swing, chairs that convert to sleeping cots, and an oversized bean bag provide entertainment and fun! A Koala couch also converts to a queen bed or is the perfect place to watch a football game or family movie on the 75 inch wall mounted TV.

Basement:
Bedroom 4 and 5 are a suite style and are separated by sliding barn doors.
Bedroom 4 – queen bed
Bedroom 5 – full bed and twin trundle.
A 65 inch TV, leather sectional, ping pong and pool table provide another space to gather and have fun! A kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and coffee bar can be used for snacks and prep.

Outdoor spaces:
The deck off the main floor great room has a patio set (couch and 2 chairs) and a table that expands to sit 18-20 people. A Traeger smoker and gas grill are also available for use.
The front porch boasts charm with rockers and a porch swing.
The lower patio has 3 rattan swing chairs and an 8 person hot tub.

The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from groceries, Walmart, and the town of Monument and is 15 minutes to the Air Force Academy and north Colorado Springs.

The house is fully stocked with all you need including all kitchen essentials, spices, coffee filters, and dish detergent. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hairdryers are also provided.

The garage is not available for use during your stay. There is plenty of places to park!

We love hosting and helping our guests with any questions or vacations needs they might have!

Situated in a neighborhood large lots. Our driveway is 3/10 of a mile long set back from all of the other houses.

There is open parking in the driveway for up to 8 cars. Guests do not have access to the garage.

We have high chairs and pack and plays available for guest use.
Quiet hours are at 10:00 p.m.
There are absolutely no parties or large gatherings unless permission is granted by owner.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited (to include vaping, cigarettes, and marjiuana).
Pets are not allowed.
