Thank you for your feedback. Our mattresses are easily transformed from firm to soft using thick high quality mattress pads provided for guests who like soft mattresses. As we host guests with different needs and preferences this is the only way to accommodate both requests for firm and soft mattresses.Thank you Ludmila

Thank you so much, Deborah, for the 10/10 review! We’re very happy that you loved the home and the location and would stay with us again. We also appreciate your helpful feedback. The garage is a standard-size residential garage, and unfortunately larger vehicles may not fit comfortably. We have also checked the refrigerator and taken your suggestion regarding the outdoor furniture into consideration. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be delighted to welcome you back!

Thank you for your feedback, Sarah. We understand that the mattress in the master bedroom may feel firm for some guests. To accommodate different preferences, we provide a thick, high-quality mattress pad, which can make the bed significantly softer when used. Since our guests have varying comfort preferences, this setup allows flexibility for both those who prefer a firmer or softer sleeping surface. We appreciate your stay and your feedback. Thank you, Ludmila

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and free of charge early check in.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We do wish you had let us know about the dusting during your visit, as we would have been happy to send someone over to address it right away. The townhouse had just been freshly painted before your arrival, and the post-paint cleaning was handled by the painting contractor. Unfortunately, it appears they missed some areas during their cleanup. We have since taken care of the issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you so much for the 10/10 rating, Veronica! We truly appreciate you choosing our home for your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be very happy to welcome you back anytime!
