Bright Spacious Renovated Home. Master on Main Floor.

Thank you, Patrick! We’re glad you found the home nice and clean and that you would stay with us again. We truly appreciate your feedback. Since no concerns or issues were brought to our attention during your stay, we would also appreciate knowing if there was anything in particular that kept your experience from being a 10/10. We are always looking for ways to improve and would have been happy to address any concerns during your stay. We hope to welcome you back again!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad the sleeping arrangements worked well for your group and that the rest of your stay was enjoyable. The townhome offers plenty of shared space, including an open-concept dining and living area, as well as a spacious desk/work area with additional seating. We would also like to clarify that guests are welcome to bring the stools from the dining area into the living area when additional seating is needed. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, which does reduce the size of the living room itself, but provides the benefit of a main-level bedroom. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your stay overall.

Thank you for choosing our property for your Petit Le Mans race weekend! We are glad you enjoyed the convenient location, our communication, and the friendly neighborhood. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing clearly states in multiple places that the property provides a one-car garage and parking for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Additional designated guest parking is available throughout the community. Regarding the living room, it is a standard size for a townhome. Our property also offers an additional living area in the upstairs loft, furnished with sofas and a workstation, providing extra space for guests to relax. As for the washcloths, our housekeeping team places additional towels and washcloths under the bathroom sinks, which you may have overlooked. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to direct you to these supplies immediately. We appreciate your kind words about our prompt communication and friendly neighbors. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we hope to welcome you back next year for Petit Le Mans!

Thank you for the feedback—we’re glad to hear you had a great stay and found the beds comfortable. I appreciate you sharing the photos and letting me know what you noticed upon arrival. We’ve since replaced the blinds and addressed the wear and tear you pointed out. Thanks again for staying with us!

Madeleine, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us — we’re glad the home worked well for your visit and that you enjoyed the location. Regarding the downstairs master bathroom, we were not notified of any issue during your stay. Our housekeeping team confirmed the toilet was working properly prior to arrival and, upon inspection after checkout, it was found to be clogged and was promptly resolved. As for the living room TV, it is fully operational. This was likely a setup or input issue that could have been quickly resolved if we had been contacted during your stay — our support team is always available to assist in real time. We appreciate your suggestion regarding additional lighting and will certainly take that into consideration as we continue to improve the space for our guests. Thank you again for your stay, and we hope to host you again in the future. Ludmila

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the home, and I sincerely apologize for the limited supplies and the issue with the TV remote. I’ve already addressed this with our housekeepig team to ensure all starter supplies and working remotes are in place for future guests. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and I’m grateful you would stay with us again.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you found the townhouse spacious, clean, and enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the towel rack. It had become loose and was repaired immediately after your departure. The wasp nests above the front door have also been removed by our pest control technician. Since your stay included the weekend, the earliest available service appointment was on the next business day. Regarding the toilet paper, as noted in our house information, we provide an initial complimentary supply (including two rolls per bathroom). Guests are responsible for replenishing any additional supplies needed during longer stays. Thank you again for your comments. Your feedback helps us maintain a great experience for future guests, and we hope to welcome you back again.
