Regarding checking in, Rimfire does not have a Front Desk. Casago is not affiliated with Snowshoe Mtn. Resort, therefore Casago's guest can not check in at Snowshoe Resort's Front Desks. All of our guest must check in at our office and pick up their keys, not Snowshoe's Front Desk, we are two separate entities.
