Condominium resort Aston at the Waikiki Banyan upholds a long history as a favorite place to stay among locals and visitors alike. Located just one block away from the excitement of Kalakaua Avenue, it’s close to shopping and restaurants but slightly removed to the quieter side of Waikiki. With a staff who’s mostly been with the hotel since its opening, the resort boasts a traditional Hawaiian-style atmosphere that so many love. Aston at the Waikiki Banyan offers spacious suites and on-site convenience that include a coffee shop and a large recreation deck with exciting outdoor amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures were deceiving. I was disappointed with the conditions of the furnitures. The bed was very uncomfortable. House keeping was poor. I only saw the house keeper once. I gathered the dirty towels and place them near the door in plain sight and they didn’t take them. The unit came with a kitchenette and balcony, which was great. The view was amazing! The location was perfect near the beach, restaurants, and shopping places.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the view from our room (Penthouse 37th Floor) facing a combination of the Diamond Head, Ocean and the City and below is the Pool area, our stay was "okay". The Room seemed old. Carpet was peeling off the floor and paint were faded. Curtains had holes.Beds were uncomfortable and small supplied with the overly soft pillow. The bathroom: Smaller than expected. Only 1 sink for 5 guests room. Service: Front desk was very helpful, and delivered us our replenishments on a timely manner.Location: Perfect! It's 2 blocks away from Waikiki Beach, Restaurant and Shops. WARNING: There is an additional charge of $30. a night for parking. PLUSSSS Amenity Fees that costs almost $200. Which sucks if you're out exploring the island most of the day. Parking is also hard in the evening for they also use their parking garage for PUBLIC Parking.Without the view from our Balcony, I probably would have not enjoy our stay here, specially with the price AND additional fees charged.
