Important Note:
-There is no pool and no parking. Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
-This building is stair-access only; there is no elevator. Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 4th floor.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Place was just as advertised in pictures and the host was very responsive and easy to contact via text. Clean and cozy, my family and I were very comfortable and had a great time!

Overall it was great my only comment is that me & husband are in our 70s and climbing 4 flights up the stairs was difficult for us. But aside that the place was great.

That building doesn't have an elevator, which is outside our control, but we do have units on lower floors and in buildings with elevator access. Very comfortable, relatively quiet and great location. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the verandah each day.

The condo was very close to the beach. A Starbucks right around the corner. Lots of shops within easy walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

First time in this property. Our overall experience was pleasant. Extremely close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The only issue we had was with the AC unit.

It was a nice little affordable spot. What made it great was the newly renovated room & the location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown & beach!

The condo was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and location was great. Really appreciated the beach gear. I did use my ear plugs due to music and partying from other hotels. The only downside was the access is through an small street similar to an alley, and there was a strong odor like a dead animal in gate the entrance (not in the condo itself). There were also unhoused folks that slept there a couple of nights, and someone going through the dumpster. No one bothered us but just something to be aware of.

Great location

We enjoyed the convenient location of this property. One block from the beach. Easy access to bus stops. On the end of the beach so it was a relatively quiet area. Had all the amenities we needed for a great price! We would stay here again!

The number one thing I look for is cleanliness and this was very clean. It’s in a great location and includes everything you’ll need, especially for a longer stay. The only down side is that parking is not included, but we were lucky and were able to rent one of the spots on the property. Keep an eye out for that.

Great location for a young family

We had a great stay here! The unit was nice and the location was great! The trundle bed was perfect for our son to sleep on. It’s a short walk to the zoo and to Kuhio beach, which was perfect for our little guy. Having to go up a few flights of stairs was tough, but well worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

Walkable walking distance

Perfect location for walking! Beach, zoo, restaurants, and many attractions walking distance. Very nice sidewalks and beachfront trail to enjoy! The place had a comfortable bed. AC is loud. If you love to walk, this is the perfect location!

Great

I stayed with an another friend and it was the perfect sized rental for the two of us. Cute property in Waikiki. Safe since it’s huddled in the middle of all the other hotels. Had a kitchen with all the cooking amenities. Bring quarters for laundry!
