The property is absolutely stunning. The photos do not do it justice. It is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the pool is large the grounds are beautifully kept and there is so much room for everyone. As a location it is perfect. Close to Faro park you have access to some of the best restaurants in playa Blanca and 3 small supermarkets. You can easily catch a bus to get to the Marina, shops and beaches. There is also a gorgeous coastal walk all the way from the lighthouse to the Marina. We have always had a no return rule as there is so much world to discover but this villa has seriously made us think this could be the exception.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Caracola. This was our second visit to Playa Blanca, and once again we were blown away by our accommodation.The villa is fabulous, with so much space. We loved the layout and the different areas to relax and enjoy both inside the villa and throughout the grounds. It’s beautiful indoors and out, and as others have mentioned, the photos don’t do it justice.The pool was fantastic, and our children had so much fun using it. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather, and the famous Lanzarote wind was most welcome!There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance, as well as mini supermarkets and a great little cocktail bar. We also made regular trips to Marina Rubicón, which was our go-to for a fantastic meal out.As we stayed for two weeks, we made good use of the BBQ and really enjoyed the variety of dining spaces available at the villa. It was lovely to be able to enjoy meals outdoors and make the most of the beautiful surroundings.We would highly recommend Villa Caracola and, as we love Lanzarote so much, we would absolutely love to book another stay here in the future!

The villa is fantastic, the pool and outside space is lovely, so many different areas to sit out in. The indoor space is perfect, really comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa and great location

This is our second time to playa blanca but first time at this villa and it was perfect. The outdoor space is just what we wanted and so clean and well maintained. The inside of the villa is well looked after too and the location is just 10 minutes to the main town centre.

A great escape

Our 2nd time at this villa. Cannot recommend it enough. Great for an escape as it has everything and is very private. Close to local restaurants, walks and supermarkets.

Fantastic Villa

We had a brilliant two weeks. The villa was even better than we were expecting from the website photos. Well equipped with lovely gardens, pool, sunlounging and eating out areas in a gated community of similar properties. If we holiday in Lanzarote again we would definitely return here.

Fabulous property in a gated community. The only negative we have is that the cleaners didn’t come round after the first week just with fresh bedding etc. Yes we had a washing machine however fresh sheets and towels would have been beneficial.

Amazing villa

Amazing villa, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The villa is very well kept, and clean. The pool was the perfect temperature and cleaned twice during our stay. We would love to stay there again and will definitely try and book it again if we are ever holidaying in playa Blanca again. Short walk to some nice bars and restaurants and the beach. Tina helped us out when we needed her which was also great. Would 100% recommend this place, perfect villa, nice location and great value.

Der Gast hat uns dafür verantwortlich gemacht, dass nach dem stärksten Kalima, den es seit 20 Jahren gab, die Poolfolie defekt war, obwohl sie sofort neu bestellt wurde.

Winter holiday

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable villa. Had everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Only downside, there was no key to the gate which provides a more direct access to shops and bars. Ok for us, just a 12 minute walk round the road but would be beneficial if we were to take our elderly parents. The villa, pool and gardens couldn’t be faulted. We would definitely return. Thank you Magrit!

Stunning

This property is absolutely stunning, inside and out, exceptionally clean and so many rooms, we called one The Yellow Room, where we relaxed, read and ate. We could not fault anything. The beds were very comfy and the bedroom upstairs, wow, what a view. We felt completely safe. Plenty of shops, restaurant and supermarkets very near. Margot was very kind and allowed us to alter our dates. Tina, who looks after the villa, is very kind and very lovely to speak to. We hopefully will be returning next year.

Fantastic Villa

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful villa for one week in October. The property is stunning and the standard of the decor is first class and it was spotlessly clean in every aspect. The villa is situated in a luxurious development and has huge outside areas with many places to relax in the sun or shade. The booking was easy and Margit, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Also Tina, the property manager was lovely, she met us on arrival and explained how everything worked and responded very quickly and efficiently to a minor problem that we experienced early in the week. We definitely want to return to this villa and are looking for dates for next year.

Wow Amazing Villa

We’ve stayed in several villas and I must say this is the best yet, everything has been thought of. It was well equipped to an extremely high standard, outside absolutely beautiful and very comfortable with an amazing pool. Inside even more luxurious, great wifi everywhere, lovely decorated, comfy beds and every mod con you could think of, right down to lots of plugs everywhere. We cooked a couple of times and it was great. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back. I would say our only negative would be to have the information pack in English and as it’s a gated area some more information how to access and a key for the pedestrian gate which would save climbing walls to get to the restaurants etc You will not be disappointed with this 5 star property

Lovely stay

Villa was excellent & really spacious. Everything was as advertised. Gorgeous outdoor area and pool. Inside there are 2 good size downstairs twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Upstairs a big double en-suite with a large balcony. WiFi was great and the location of the villa was ideal. 12min walk to supermarket and restaurants. We had a car and it was a short drive to any of the beaches in playa blanca area.One quibble would be the instructions for obtaining access via the gate were confusing when we first arrived. We saw several other people struggling with this during our stay so perhaps the system has changed recently? Once we got in there was a ‘clicker’ for the gate so it was all seamless from then on.We would recommend ‘La Francesca’ & ‘Gusto’ restaurants locally.Overall this is a 5 star villa and we would love to stay here again in the future.

I want to write a really average review, so that this place is still available next year for when we return! but i cannot, i have to be honest and this Villa is amazing! like its perfect!it was found in a extremely clean state!, the lighting and ambience is amazing! the appliances are fantastic, there is everything you need here, certainly for 4 people, any more and you may need more plates, but the rooms were very spacious! the lighting at night is beautiful and the garden and pool area are amazing!there is some overlooking from one balcony, its not completely secluded, but these are used more of an evening, apart from that everything was as mentioned and described. Margit, our contact is a saint! and Tina maintains the house so nice that in turn we left it also in a really clean state, you feel like you want to. we would love to visit again. its just under 7euros taxi to town, walkable to other bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the area and the secure residential area itself is very quiet at night. lizards around on the walls was very spanish indeed, catching all these pesky insects! we love to see them! pool feels fairly new, either that on maintained well, there is no yellow marks on the edge, its a nice pool and in an area where you are shaded from any strong lanzarote breeze, if you like to feel the breeze, the grass area is perfect also! there is a giant net also to clear out any leaves etc quickly in the morning, it just has everything you need.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte. Leider bekamen wir keine Einweisung in das Haus. Wir mussten alles selber in Erfahrung bringen. Es gibt eine Alarmanlage, aber die konnten wir (leider) nicht benutzen. Bei dem überdachten, mit Schiebetüren versehen, Vorraum konnte eine Schiebetüre nicht abgeschlossen werden. Es war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, in denen wir unsere Handtücher waschen konnten, leider war aber kein Trockner vorhanden. Dadurch waren die Handtücher bretthart. Egal, ob der Wäscheständer aussen oder innen stand. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern konnte man nur ganz öffnen oder schließen. Kippen ist nicht möglich, was gerade für das Erdgeschoß schlecht ist. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, es steht aber ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Die Insektennetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern waren alle im unteren Bereich kaputt. Das Badezimmer unten ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet in der man auch duschen muss. Leider ist es derart rutschig, dass meine Eltern die Dusche im oberen Geschoß nutzen mussten. Die Wasserhähne in den Waschbecken sind wackelig und sehr unpraktisch. Die Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk konnten wir leider nur abends nutzen, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne darauf steht und kein Sonnenschirm dort verfügbar ist. Positiv war die Ausstattung des Hauses. Die Außenanlage ist schön, aber auch hier gibt es einige Mängel. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit meinen Eltern und das war das Wichtigste.

Sommerurlaub im Februar

Das wunderschöne Haus und der Garten bieten alles was man braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der warme Pool und die Möglichkeit die Räume zu heizen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei einem kleinen Problem (Stromausfall) wurde von Tina sofort reagiert.Alles in allem: Super
