## THE ACCOMMODATION

Settle into this superb 110m² flat on the third floor of a walk-up building, with uninterrupted views over Place Gambetta, right in the heart of Bordeaux. Ideally located, it's within easy reach of the city's landmarks, including the Place de la Bourse, the Miroir d'Eau and the Saint-Pierre district. The flat has three double bedrooms (which can be converted into single beds on request) and three bathrooms, combining shower and bath for optimum comfort.
The spacious, light-filled living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa bed, a large TV and a high-speed WiFi connection.
The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen lets you prepare meals just like at home, with a dishwasher, classic and Nespresso coffee machines and a washing machine-dryer for added convenience.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.


# DEPOSIT

You will be asked to provide a bank guarantee of €500. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure Stripe online service, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited, and does not affect your credit card limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as return of the property in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically canceled.

## ACCESS

From Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, you can reach the flat by taking Tram A to the ‘Gambetta Mériadeck’ station, just a few minutes' walk away. You can also take bus 1 from the ‘Aéroport’ stop to the same station.

From Bordeaux Saint-Jean station, Tram B will take you directly to the ‘Gambetta’ stop, very close to the accommodation.

If you are coming by car, please note that street parking is free between 7pm and 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have its own private car park, but you will find the ‘Gambetta’ public car park just a few metres away. Prices vary according to the length of your stay, with a daily rate available.
