The house is entirely on one level, and comprises a large living room with a dining area, a recently fitted, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people plus a single bed. A shower room accessible from the terrace with WC, washbasin and shower (ideal near the swimming pool). A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200). A bathroom with bath and shower, and WC. And a guest toilet. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely covered terrace with sunblind and dining area with plancha. A lovely swimming pool invites you to relax. The garden is fully enclosed and beautifully planted with trees and flowers. Several cars can be parked in the garden.

The ‘Tortue’ beach is less than 100 metres from the house, making it the ideal place to enjoy the seaside, its creeks and the coastal path at any time without worrying about parking.
