Did you say pool and hot tub? Why yes, I did! Feast your eyes on this new stunning home with a private pool (open March - October) and hot tub (open all year round). The property is 15 minutes from RDU airport and in close proximity to Downtown Raleigh (8 miles) and Downtown Durham (19 miles). This location makes it close to many popular destinations such as PNC arena, Umstead Park, NC State, Duke, UNC, RTP and many more attractions. Most places can be reached in 20-30 minutes!

The house and the pool is very nice. The house is decorated beautifully. The pool is fabulous. Great to have it directly in front of the dining/kitchen space. So you can watch the kids. Plenty of water toys the kids enjoyed. We stayed here with 3 adults and two kids (9 and 12). They loved to hop into the pool before breakfast :-) The only thing which annoyed are the air condition upstairs. They are build into the window and did not really cool the bedrooms and they are very very noisy. But we stayed at the house when it was 95 Fahrenheit (35 Grad Celsius). So it was really hot. The contact with the home owner was easy, he responded immediately to some questions we had. He seems very very nice.

Perfect for a quick getaway

The house was clean and inviting. Perfect for what we needed. The host reached out and made sure everything was going well. We did have an issue with the upstairs sink not draining but the host Kenny had his handy man come over the same day and had it taken care of. I can not recommend this place more.

Comfortable stay

Good place to stay while in town for golf. Overall very good stay, only complaint was the towels and hand towels were clean but very stained.

The pool is nice. There is sleeping for 7 and a table that only seats 4. The hot tub smelled bad.

We had a good visit with family. The owner needs to stay in the house with at least 4 other guests.

Labor Day long weekend

My wife and I stayed here over the Long Labor Day weekend for a wedding and we absolutely loved it ! The house was exactly as it was listed. The Pool and Hot tub were amazing, we used them both everyday. The house was very clean as were both bathrooms. There were all the amenities you would need or could think of and some extras like a welcome snack basket with drinks that was very thoughtful. The host , Kenny was great to deal with for many pre stay questions and the check in process was very easy and well explained. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. We will stay again if we come back for sure. Thank you Kenny !

Dog Friendly in Great Neighborhood

This is a wonderful house in a fantastic neighborhood, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Fenced back yard is a tremendous convenience for families (like ours) that have four-legged members. Excellent water pressure for shower, the oven has both convection and non-convection modes, and a Keurig with espresso capabilities are huge plusses. We had an amazing stay in this house, and we will definitely come here again in future trips to Raleigh!

Relaxing stay in Raleigh

This house was perfect for our week in Raleigh. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The backyard/pool area are beautiful and the neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The owner was kind and got back to us promptly.

Nice property in quiet Raleigh suburb

House was a great choice to bring our adult children and family dog. Neighborhood was quiet but close to a number of good restaurants. Farmers market was terrific. Property was comfortable and met all of our needs. Owner was easily accessible and responsive. We will consider returning in a future trip.

Great house!

We had a great time with our two teenage grandsons and our Marine grandson and wife! House is in a great location - close to everything. The house has one full bath and a half bath in the house and an outdoor shower and that was a little problematic for us. Kenny was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will be staying here again when we visit Raleigh!

Wonderful home

We were there for 12 days and had a wonderful time. Property is just as described. Pool is very nice and the hot tub was wonderful. You’re also very close to restaurants, etc. Host was also very responsive and answered texts within minutes. Could not have been happier.

Excellent stay!!

Our first trip to Raleigh was for a soccer tournament for 2 of my kids. We rented this house and had a wonderful time. There was room to spread out, house was clean, and the small touches were greatly appreciated. Everyone loved swimming and soaking in the hot tub, especially after a day of soccer. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for making our first trip memorable!

great stay in a great location

House worked out great for me and my kids for a quick stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was good for cooking, yard was great w the pool and hottub. Location was great just a few minutes from North Hills & I-440 Beltline.

Great stay!

House was great, updated and modern with everything we needed for a few days in Raleigh. The property was very clean and exactly as described. The pool, hot tub and backyard were great for relaxing.

We loved it!

We had a really great time staying here! The house and the backyard were beautiful and so relaxing. We didn’t cook because we had so many restaurants we wanted to explore but, the kitchen was so nice and had everything you would need. We were about 15 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants that we visited. It was great to be so close to downtown but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We brought our dogs and they had a great time exploring the backyard- we were so thankful that we could bring them along on our trip. Ken is a great and very kind host!!

Home Away From Home

This is a wonderful house. It was clean, spacious and modern with all the amenities. The pool and hot tub made made for some fun days and nights. Check in was very easy and the owner was very responsive. A perfect hub for Raleigh. Close to all shopping, restaurants and a lovely walking trail around the corner from the property. Would stay here again!

Exceptional Customer Service

We rented this property because we had family coming to town and we wanted a location with a pool. This property was very clean and had all the extras listed and more. I would highly recommend this property. A++ on guest accommodations and communication.

Great home away from home!

We had a wonderful week in Raleigh, made all the better by this cozy home in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. We had ample room in the house (3 teenagers and 1 adult) for everyone to sleep comfortably and have a little space when needed. The kitchen is a great size for a family to prep and share meals. The pool is the highlight! Clean, well maintained, and the perfect temperature for cooling off during the heat wave. The home is well situated for easy access to downtown Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Durham - lots of restaurants, shopping, activities and groceries nearby. Kenny was a great host who thought of all the little details to make our stay great.

This 1600 sq. ft of living space has been renovated (freshly painted, new drywall and carpets). This home has been beautifully decorated with modern finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig machine, toaster, coffee maker, utensils for cooking and snacks!

Den/Living Room
The den has been renovated with new drywall, new furniture; this is a special place for everyone to come together and relax! Step around the corner to the living room which has a 55 inch flat screen TV, full size sectional couch, board game and a jumbo connect four for the kids (and adults).

Washer/Dryer
Brand new Samsung washer and dryer located in the mud room. Please, feel free to wash your clothes during your stay.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed- full size on the bottom and twin size on top with a desk/chair/lamp to get some much needed work done.

Internet
The whole house is equipped with Fiber high speed internet (which is up to 6x faster downloads than cable internet AND up to 77x faster uploads than cable internet). This means you can get your work done with the assurance of a reliable and high speed internet. You can stream services, games and songs in mere seconds!

Outside (Pool, Hot tub Spa, Firepit)
Fenced in backyard with a new in-ground pool open for your enjoyment March-October and closed November–February. The pool measures 15X7 with a maximum depth of 7ft. Step around the corner of the backyard and find a newly installed 7 person Hot Tub spa with 65 jets, multi color underwater LED light, waterfall features and 3 cup holders. Just a perfect spot to unwind and seize the day! Behind the Hot Tub you will find the fire pit; whether you want to make a barbeque, toast some marshmallows over an open fire or just have a warm and cozy source of light this is the place for you!!
