- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Great condo and view but policy made it aggravating!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great and we enjoyed our stay. Some of the security staff wanted to try and abuse their authority. We were there during a VERY slow time. I have another place there so I have a LSV tagged titled and insured and the security staff would not let me drive in and drop off or pick up. They kept saying no golf carts. It’s a titled vehicle and they need to adjust their policy. I offered to show proof of ownership. My golf cart is my second vehicle and couldn’t be avoided sometimes.

The boardwalk is a very nice place. We had few issues with condo, the first few days. But overall, we really enjoyed the bar and grill, great food and live entertainment we plan on returning next year.

a kid in my group was getting picked on at the pool yet we were the ones evicted from the property even after they were going to leave i was still told to leave i. in no way condone bad behavior but there was only one said told to us and the other party were all there together and instigated alot of it yet were not repprimanded and wven after the parent and boy from my group were leaving i still had to leave and it was my sons birthday i think all parties were responsible yet because there were more of them against the one from my party we hadcto leave like i said i do not condone bad behavior but that should have went for BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED

Disappointed

Our overall stay was OK. When we arrived, they did not have the correct bracelets and car passes waiting for us in the room like expected. After redoing the room, there was a large brown stain on the main rug in the living room, the rug just needs to be replaced. It’s nasty. That evening we tried to take a shower in our shower leaked all over the master shower floor. We did call maintenance and they did come and somewhat fix it the next step. However, our shower did continue to leak throughout our stay. The unit did not have a wine opener, which is ridiculous. The property allows you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. That is it. You are responsible for the rest. The pool area was nice however they had a large orange cone sitting out in the middle of the pool deck where you enter the pool every day. There are no drinks allowed in the pool at all. Not even water! That is ridiculous. To end this all up, there was nothing more disgusting than the mold in the showers. I encouraged my family to wear flip-flops. It was so disgusting. We will not be staying here again. See pictures below Kelly Wells

It was ok , but had to clean the bathrooms when we got there, hairs on the toilets and both showers. It didn’t look like they had been cleaned at all , mold in shower tile, soap dishes didn’t look like they had ever been wiped out either. We had to go get bleach and scrubbers n clean first thing, not what u want to start out with on vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Broadwalk for years. The upgraded to the unit were nice but upon arrival the condo was not cleaned well. The back door was broken and left open...we assume from previous guest. Toliet in master was broke but they were quick to replace and fix. The fire alarm battery was also low so going off as we entered the condo. For as nice as the condo is with updates things were not left great. Also, washer smells horrible. We had a great week after resolving problems and will definitely come back to Broadwalk next year but will probably pick another condo.

It was a beautiful place to stay. I need to report that 2nd bathroom door handle was very loose as well as sliding door in main bathroom. This did not stop us in any way of having a great time, just thought someone should know.

Perfect spot

We always visit PCB but normally stay closer to pier park. This location was perfect and the unit was as well. We will definitely be back to this place. Loved the corner market and bar. Pool was nice and clean. Our room was just as pictured.

Amazing Location and Amenities

Condo is great. Great location, great amenities with the pool and restaurant/bar, and great views from balcony. This is our 3rd time at this location, but 1st time with this unit. We had 8 guests and needed to use the pull out that is hidden in the cabinet in the living room. The only downside is when using the oven the fire alarm would go off unless we opened the doors, but we have stayed in other units and that happened as well.

Great condo

The condo was really nice and clean. It lrovided most everything we needed. I liked the orivacy of having q separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was good if you like a private area. We did have to drive to most activities we wanted to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This building is in a well run clean amd friendly condo complex. Security is friendly and efficient. Beach is clean and great to walk. Condo is clean and well stocked. The bedroom furniture is comfortable but the living room furniture has definitely exceeded its best before date and needs replacing.

Nice condo

It was pretty and clean. My only complaints are small. It needed lamps in the living room. Two light bulbs in the master bath were out. The pillows were not comfortable but I am a pillow snob. Otherwise it was beautiful and the workers were really nice.

From the booking to the end of our stay, Emerald Coast Destinations was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt at answering any of my questions! The room was phenomenal, very clean and exactly what was pictured. The pool was amazing and the kid play area at the pool was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. Thank you ECD for providing a great home away from home last week, we have made The Boardwalk 0302 our permanent vacation destination!

Loved this home!

We loved this little home. The layout was perfect for kids I could see them at all times, and it was enough space for everyone to have a relaxing space to themselves. Loved being on the lower floors & it was a beautiful view. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean upon arrival. We hope to be able to stay again soon!

PCB Boardwalk

Arrived at unit and upon arrival seemed just as pictured. Hadn’t been there 5 minutes and someone knocked at door saying was there a repair of the closet door in master….we hadn’t called it in and hadn’t really been in that room to put things away so really didn’t know if that was something or not….just would have thought it would have been fixed before our arrival if it had been called in on a prior persons stay, needless to say I turned him away because I didn’t know at that time it needed repair. 2nd bedroom is located toward the hall
