Enjoy this glorious view of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony on the 19th floor! Relax with your morning coffee or tea while watching pelicans fly at eye level. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean while dining al fresco on this beautiful patio. Plenty of seating will allow the whole family to appreciate stunning sunsets together!

Twin Palms is a 21-story Gulf-front resort condominium with a 200 foot stretch of gorgeous beaches. On-site amenities include an exercise room with sauna, a large outdoor pool and two hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor).

Features:

· Very large covered balcony overlooking the gulf equipped with seating for your whole party

· 1147 square feet of living space on the 19th floor

· Fully equipped kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, toaster, and more

· Master bedroom has king bed and a large flat screen TV with access to the gulf front balcony

· Living room seats 6 with large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa

· 2nd master has two full beds as well as a flat screen TV

· Each bath features a shower tub combo

· Dining area seats 4 and kitchen bar seats 3

· There is a washer and dryer located inside the condo

· Electronic lock so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys

· Complimentary wireless internet is provided throughout the residence

This property requires guests to be 25 or older to reserve.

Family Vacation

We got there and everything was great. Only one elevator was working but that isnt something the condo owners have control over. We also coulsnt use the pool the first night because someone threw up earlier. There wasnt a sign and my kids and another couple got in the pool. The attendant that walks around yelled at my kids and never spike a word to me. Told them to get out pool was closed. I ended up addressing him and he finally told us soneone had thrown up. All of these things cant be controlled by the host. We had a few hiccups. But nothing major. Cleaning people forgot to leave sheets and pillow cases for the pull out sofa. The cable box in the living room didnt work but they sent someone out as soon as they could. We extended our checkout but while we were packing up the cleaning guy opened the door. He didnt speak English and I felt bad that he didn't get the message we weren't checking out until noon which was 2 hours from then. All in all it was a great condo. Clean and in a great spot on the beach. Right close by Pinneaple Willys and Walmart.

PCB Vacay

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. However upon arrival we noted the AC was not working. We emailed the reservation team and called the maintenance team. It was late evening on Saturday when we arrived. The reservation team was not much help. Actually made 2 calls before getting any type of assistance. Unit was repaired late Sunday afternoon. The apartment was not the cleanest I’ve stayed in, nor the dirtiest either tbh. The “required” wrist bands for the pool and amenities were never delivered after 2-3 requests. Thankfully no one asked to see them! The mattress and pillows very uncomfortable. Would consider staying again, but would be only if no other affordable option available.

Dont book with these guys!!! Terrible!

To start of the final payment for this booking was ridiculous. They wanted us to send them a check or charge an additional % plus tax on top of what we thought we were paying. Beware it is not in the listing it is super hidden. It took the Vrbo customer service person over 15 minutes to find where it says anything about extra changes on final payments. The company said we can avoid fees by sending checks. WHO SENDS CHECKS!? (Sending checks in the mail still cost money) I booked on Vrbo and all of the Payments need to be done through Vrbo! There were no reminders on the final payment due date or anything. Next the address they gave to send stuff to is some sketch warehouse and the "manager" I spoke with was from some other hotel and not the hosting company I was supposed to send this payment to. All around the whole Payments thing outside of Vrbo was super sketch! Next the room was supposed to be a non smoking room. When we got there we found ashes on the outside table along with cigar wrappers. There was hair in the fridge and the pillows were nasty had stains all over them. The couches were a bit sticky and had some old popcorn in them. Asked the host to install a lock from the inside because our little kids were able to open the doors so easy. There is no way to lock the doors from the Inside! All the owner said was thanks for letting me know. Over all not a very clean place. I'm not sure why we even pay a cleaning fee. Unit Needs Major Attention: Cleaning and Communication

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I sent this to the property manager the day we arrived. They said they would credit me the cleaning fee. Prior to coming, I mentioned a prior reviewer said they had a problem with entry code after hours. I was assured we would not have that problem. Well we arrived at 1AM and could not access the driveway gate due to the code. It took 30 minutes to figure out how to get a response to get in. The unit IS cute, great layout and location and decorated nicely. But! The bathroom tubs are nasty. I bought mats to put down. The mirror in the living room was covered in hand prints and something smeared. The couch has stains and much dirt and crumbs in them. Our feet were black the first day from walking barefoot on them. The washing machine and dryer are filled with sheets and towels. I am here for a softball tournament. I needed a washer dryer for her uniforms. I did not come here to do someone else's laundry. I ran the washer and washed everything that was in there but I had to for me to be able to use it. I was NOT going to touch someone else's dirties. This makes me wonder if my sheets and towels are really clean. This is unacceptable that I paid a cleaning fee and it was not cleaned for me! We went to the beach for first time and could not figure out the code from the paper y'all gave us. We used the code that was texted to us for the driveway gate and it got us out but not in. We tried the other codes, nothing! We had to have our son hop the fence and use the texted driveway code to get us in. I rented here for the beach and can't use it due to not being able to get out and in. Finally, the oven burning element is not working properly. It took at least 20 minutes if not more to preheat. This unit needs some attention.

Nice condo

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo. There weren’t as many cooking supplies as we’re use to having in condos so that took a little reworking on our part. But overall we enjoyed the place and would gladly stay again.

Was good but check was terrible

Property was nice! Nice location! But check in was horrible we could not get in on arrival until 3 o’clock in morning so we basically lost one night and the guy we where communicating with told us to go rent a hotel room! The owner did call and got us in it was about 3:30 in morning so we basically lost one night we paid for! But property was nice and good location

Right on the beach, and everything as described on the listing. Take your umbrella with you, since guys on the beach want $40/day for rental.
