Step into paradise with our exquisite studio condo, designed specifically with couples and small families in mind. Situated within the prime North Shore Condominiums in South Haven, our location is unbeatable for beach lovers, park enthusiasts, and festival-goers.

Experience the heart of the River Walk with just a comfortable stroll across the Black River Bridge. Venture another two blocks and find yourself surrounded by a delightful selection of restaurants, shops, and the vibrant farmers’ market.

Our private beach is the perfect place to enjoy a tranquil walk along Lake Michigan’s shores, where you may even spot a hidden piece of beach glass or a majestic eagle family.

The condo offers breath-taking panoramic views of vibrant Lake Michigan and the inviting pool. Sleep in comfort with a unique, Queen Murphy bed/couch, designed for optimal comfort and ease-of-use.

Stay entertained with a large, smart television complete with streaming services, including Hulu Live. Our full-service kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, apartment-sized refrigerator, and separate beverage cooler are all at your disposal. A kitchen island provides a cozy setting for intimate dinners. For your convenience, kitchen condiments and staples are provided.

Pack light! We provide a beach umbrella, two beach chairs, various games, and sun protection. All linens are provided, except for beach towels.

Experience the charm of South Haven during our off-season and enjoy a less-crowded, yet equally vibrant atmosphere. Please note that association and city regulations prohibit rentals for less than seven days.

Enjoy exclusive access to your individual unit and all common areas within the association. Help is always a call away with our dedicated team available during your stay.

The condo`s location offers the perfect balance - less crowded than downtown, but with the best access to the pool and beach. North Beach, with a snack shop, playground, and volleyball nets, is just a short walk away.

Uber and taxi services are available, although most areas can be easily reached on foot. Uncover the magic of South Haven with us.

Perfect Location

Studio worked well for my family. The Murphy bed was very comfy! Loved the private beach area and ease of accessing via the pool area. Would have been nice to have a pizza cutter and scissors and another set of clean towels but we survived.

Thanks for your review Mandy! I wish you had mentioned something about the pizza cutter and the extra towels. I would have had them there for you within minutes, so my apologies. I did notice some towels were removed from the rotation due to stains so they were indeed replaced this week. If you try us again,I promise to do a much better job. All the best to you, Kathleen.

Lake Life

We had a wonderful time. The studio condo had everything we could possibly want. All we needed to bring were beach towels and a bar of soap. Kathleen was hands on and terrific. If we had a problem she was just a phone call away. The murphy bed was easy to use and really comfortable. The pool was warm and the beach was private. Don't think twice about going.

There was a misunderstanding on my part with the booking based on my previous stays at this property. For the past several years 3 guests have stayed in a studio unit at the property with no issues. Apparently the rules changed and now only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a studio, which was indicated on VRBO site, but since 3 of us had stayed in years past and the description of the unit states it is perfect for a “couple OR A SMALL family” I didn’t think it would be an issue. When I was sent the form to fill out from the host (2 days prior to check in) it indicated on the form that only 2 guests were allowed. So I contacted the host and asked for her advice on how to handle the situation. She indicated she would contact the owner and get back to me. When she got back to me, the day we were supposed to check in to the property, she indicated the owner was not willing to accommodate a 3rd person or provide any type of refund and her best advice was for me to find someplace else for my 3rd person to stay and she would make accommodations for all 3 guests to have access to the pool and beach area. So I paid for an additional booking at another property for my 3rd person, but was not given access to the north shore condo until 2 days after I should have been able to check in. AND I was only given access then because I called VRBO for help. I asked for a refund for the 2 nights I paid for and was not allowed access and was also denied that, and access for the 3rd person to the p

It was quite a disaster indeed. It was a harsh blow when the number of guests on city licenses were reduced to 2 for a studio by a new requirement. I recall asking the ages of the daughters to see if that was at all possible. Not the case. This is exactly why I did not open up reservations until there was a definite ruling. If I had a 1 bedroom available, I would have moved you there. As I explained to you and VRBO, the owner wasn't able to risk loss of their license which would have been likely had we allowed all 3 of you to stay. Everyone has suffered losses as we try to improve our regulations. I continued to offer the studio to you as long as only two were onsite. Then you called VRBO and demanded access. So you were given access but it was difficult to make sure we weren't breaking rules by allowing access. I will continue to work on communication with all guests earlier in the booking process. Relaxing

Our first thought was how small it was but very quickly got used to it and found it was all we needed. It was quiet inside and out which made for a relaxing stay. The air conditioner seemed like it could use a kick in Freon and was pretty loud but wasn’t too bad since we were out most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen, updated, nice amenities at North Shore. Pool, deck and private beach. Beautiful location for early morning and late evening walks.

A Wonderful Time

We celebrated our 41st Anniversary and had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The Murphy bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Kathleen could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We really enjoyed South Haven.

Gorgeous sunsets.

Everything was wonderful except for the extremely loud window ac unit. Got very little sleep except for on the beach. The property manager came over and I think she called a repairman but too late for us. Of course the two times she came over, it did not make the loud noises. I did not want to open the windows because of bright lights shining in. Kathleen was wonderful and supplied any of our other needs. The pool was wonderful also.

I am sorry Paula that I wasn't able to resolve the air conditioner issues in the two visits I made. You must agree that we took plenty of time to try to recreate the issue and were unable to do so. The evenings were so cool and breezes so nice turning it off for a short time may have helped. Anyway we have not had any additional issues with the unit. I have however, to be safe, purchased a backup AC unit in case future issues come to light and a guest is not 100% pleased with our service. All the best to you and I enjoyed our visits. Kathleen

Perfect beach location!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location! The beach frontage was beautiful and the property was clean and well kept. Great communication and a timely manner. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful beach property

Winter Getaway

The condo was well equipped and very cozy. It snowed most of the time we were there so we enjoyed reading and relaxing in the condo. We had some nice walks along the beach. The view of the lake was so nice! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Cozy and very beautiful studio

This is a studio unit that is beautifully decorated and has excellent space distribution and lake views. Very comfortable to sleep and with a very nice cooking area to prepare meals. The front porch and private beach offer you stunning sunsets and excellent seating arrangements with very safe distancing. The “ other” tenants were very respectful and polite in the use of common spaces. The place is peaceful, clean, well maintained and totally “beachfront” but just a stroll to anywhere in downtown. You will no need any “wheels” for the whole week here. We were sad when we left and very pleased during our stay. Kathleen took care of everything we needed to make our stay truly memorable. Thank you!

Terrific Stay!

The unit was just as described in the listing! The bed was super comfy, which I was hesitant about with it being a Murphy bed. The mattress is great though! The unit isn’t large but they made a great use of space and we were quite comfortable all around. The complex is full of nice families and couples. The pool and beach were terrific and we had beautiful sunsets every night. The location was close to downtown but also calmer being away from the biggest beaches. It was nice having our own beach area away from the crowds! The property manager had great communication as well. Very prompt responses and always professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a beachside vacation!

Summer getaway

Cute little condo right on the beach with a pool too. The floor was sandy, especially under the 'couch' that is moved when you bring down the Murphey bed. Overall, perfect for 2 adults.

South “Heaven”

We have been coming to South Haven for 20 years now and this might be my all-time favorite lodging. Freshly updated and well equipped, it is quite lovely and comfortable. We loved being beachside and having the choice of beach or pool, shade or sun. Truly, a little slice of heaven.

We absolutely love all our Condo. It's been a dream for us to have it and wish we could spend more time there. But until then we enjoy having you stay and enjoy the property as well.

This is a beautiful street. We have amazing sunsets. And this pool is the best along Lake Michigan. It can be quiet, but it's also fun and we are so close to all the restaurants. This was just an amazing find for us.

Our condo is so cute and functional. We found this Murphy bed that doubles as a couch during the day. It's easy to get set up for evenings and convenient for reading and relaxing during the day. Our kitchen is fully set up with a small drink fridge in our island and then an apartment size refrigerator as well so plenty of room for whatever you'd like while you're here.
