3 Bedroom Amazing Location on the Beach. With Parking adjacent to the Condo Entry, nothing could be easier than to move right in and start your vacation. Our condo is adjacent to the famous North Shore Beach. So enjoy our quiet pool and patio and private beach, or walk next door to enjoy the excitement. We have everything in our home to make your stay truly top rate. So this is the perfect combination for the perfect vacation. Minimum of 7 day rentals required by law.

This is truly you home away from home. Everything you need for your vacation. Our condo has the largest floor plan in this association.

You will have complete access to the entire 3 story condo. Also you will have access to all association common areas.

We have local friends and neighbors available to assist with issues or questions during your stay.

We have a great neighborhood and an excellent association. Walk to many shops and restaurants include that evening treat.

This is a great area for walking, bike riding, and we are easily accessible from I-I96.

Please bring your own beach towels.
A house manual will be provided inside the condo for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the association property, including beach buildings, patio, parking lot and of course your condo. If you or anyone in your party does smoke, this breaks our lease agreement and you`ll be asked to leave the property immediately.

If you bring additional guests on property who have not been registered and which are not part of the original number in your reservation, they will be asked to leave immediately, and we will consider asking you to leave as well.
