Fully setup and ready to use RV Travel Trailer. This RV has 1.5 private bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom consists of 2 bunk beds on top and convertible couch/bed on bottom. Inside includes: heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, TV (No Cable), free WIFI. Outside we provide a propane grill, picnic table camping chairs for a prime camping experience! There are several communal fire pits on the property.

We are sorry however this rental and all other rentals at this location are not pet friendly.

Sons graduation trip West

Was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for three men. The hosts were super accommodating. Easy to find and close to Moab and National Parks.

Arches/Canyonlands Trip

Clean RV. Good location to Arches and Canyonlands. Christian and Claudia were friendly and gave us suggestions to go visit Ken’s Lake and drive into mountains. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Perfect location & space

We spent the weekend at this property & loved it! It had everything we needed and we wish we would have stayed longer. We will definitely be going back.

It was an unique experience!

We were only there for two days and it snowed for one of those so we were stuck inside for a while. This is our first time staying in an RV and we enjoyed it. I think the RV furnace/heater needed some maintaining and the manager was very responsive.

Great Experience!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! There was plenty of space for the three of us and the kitchen area had plenty of space for preparing relatively simple breakfasts and dinners. The view out of the sliding glass doors was a nice bonus. The location was perfect and we got to all our hiking and mountain biking adventures in one hour or less (many spots only 20-25 minutes away) and also had a short trip to Moab for groceries and the occasional dining out. Management was great and they responded to our questions very quickly.

Great little spot

We were on a month long road trip so having a little more space with an RV was great while we were in Moab! The location is great and near to most of the spots we wanted to hit like Arches and Dead Horse Point! The only thing I would add is to have a larger box fan for the back room of this RV cause in the summer if gets HOT and the AC has a tough time keeping up during the day. At night though it cooled off nicely, thankfully. :) The site manager was great, super helpful and super friendly! It was also super convenient for us to have FREE on site laundry!

Trailer Glamping at it's Best

My girlfriends and I stayed here for 2 nights to get away from the city for the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We like to camp but knowing the weather was going to be freezing, we decided on glamping it. Adam's RV definitely did not disappoint. The heat was turned on in the unit when we got there. There was a message waiting for us that there was a small issue with the water and that they would do everything to get it resolved by the next day. Adam did give a very kind offer to refund our stay if we chose to go somewhere else but we were already in love with the idea of staying in the RV that we didn't mind the minor inconvenience. He did end up giving us our money back for the first night which we felt was extremely fair. We enjoyed a night out by the fire and enjoyed the spacious indoors the next night. The camp host was great and very accommodating. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Great place!

Never stayed in a camper before -- it was fun! Worked out well as we were able to put our baby in the back room in his pack and play. Would be nice to be closer to Moab, but not that big of a deal.

Alot nicer than expected. Priced very well. Great communication

Ended up needing a place to stay last minute and was a little hesitant about a 5th wheel. However, was very pleased with how nice it was. Definitely nicer than some of the rooms for rent in Moab. Price was fantastic and not crazy hidden fees like alot of the other places. Would stay there again. Only thing I would say is make sure to adjust the heat on both thermostats instead of just the one :) I didn't notice the 2nd one and we had a cold night the first night but that wasn't the renters fault that was my own.

Super comfortable master bed!

We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed just one night for our sons graduation. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. The master bed was very comfortable. We were still taking about it while we were on vacation at another place! 😂 We would recommend this place to stay.

Moab Birthday Weekend!

Stayed 2 nights in 2 different RV’s and both were exceptional! It was during Jeep Safari Weekend and hotel rates were outrageous! Red Rocks FunStays was quaint, quiet, stocked with everything you need, affordable and the camp hosts are true gems! We will return and we will tell our friends about it!!

Great place for a family get-away

We visited Moab for spring break and found that FunStays was a great place to stay. It's only 9 minutes south of Moab, and the small RV park was quiet. Christian, the maintenance fella, was great to chat with and even helped me out with a bike chain. Also, we had a mishap with the trailer, but Adam addressed the problem very quickly! Would recommend this to any of my family or friends.

Camping near town

This is in a lovely location only about 5 - 10 minutes outside of Moab. The RV was kept in good condition, clean with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen. The free laundry was a bonus after hot dusty days in the mountains! Perfect spot to take off from to hike or bike. Loved the stunning scenery and hiking. We''ll be back for sure

Family friendly - beautiful views!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The RVs are fully stocked and the laundry facility on site was a time saver. The hosts were very friendly and informative. The views from each angle were amazing! Would love to come back the next time we are in Moab!

Good out of town location

Nice little campground. Not real big small fire pits great to get to know other campers. Camper was nice and had plenty of supplies. Office shower was really nice unlimited hot water. The only downside was very close to the highway so heard traffic through the night of windows were open.
