Living spaces
This two-story lakefront condo is designed for comfort during Tahoe’s colder months. The main living area brings everyone together with panoramic lake views, a large flat-screen TV, and a rock fireplace designed for DuraFlame logs only. Heating keeps the space comfortable, making it easy to enjoy long conversations, movies, or a quiet night in as snow falls outside.
Kitchen & dining
The remodeled kitchen sits at the heart of the main level, featuring granite countertops, dual ovens, and heated floors that feel especially welcome on winter mornings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living space, allowing you to cook, dine, and relax without missing the lake views just beyond the windows.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both levels to accommodate up to eight guests. On the entry level, the main bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a private 3/4 bath. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, its own rock fireplace, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the lake. Two additional upstairs bedrooms offer a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, with a shared bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.
Outdoor spaces
Even in winter, the deck remains a memorable vantage point, offering unobstructed lake views and fresh mountain air. A gas grill is available seasonally, and outdoor spaces are best enjoyed for short moments of crisp air and scenery during colder months. Summer guests may have access to seasonal HOA amenities, which vary by time of year.
Work & connectivity
High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, whether you’re checking in with work or planning the next day’s activities. Five TVs throughout the condo provide flexible entertainment options for groups.
Parking & access
Self check-in is provided via lockbox, and the condo includes free driveway parking for two vehicles. Street parking is not permitted year-round. Winter conditions may require chains or snow tires, and guests should be prepared for mountain weather.
