At the end of a quiet street, our 3BR/2BA cabin features a jacuzzi, fire table, bluetooth multi-room speaker system, 200MB Wifi, indoor jetted tub, arcade table, foosball, BBQ, multiple decks, and much more. Each room comes with a Samsung Smart TV, memory foam mattress, Amazon Alexa, luxury bedding, and Nest Thermostat.

You'll have full access to the cabin with the exception of storage areas.

Other things to note:
✦WINTER TRAVEL: Snow chains are required during the winter months. A 4WD vehicle may be required to enter/exit the driveway if it is icy. Prior to getting on the road, check for weather/road conditions. I recommend savings the Caltrans "CHIN" phone number to your phone, for up-to-date highway conditions.

✦WINTER STORMS: During big storms, the power can occasionally go out. We have provided rechargeable night lights/flash lights around cabin and in each bedroom.

✦MAXIMUM GUESTS COUNT: A maximum number of 7 guests are allowed. This number is set by the county and cannot be exceeded.

✦PARKING: There are 3 parking spaces in the private driveway. If the road is very icy, please make sure your car is capable before going down the driveway.

✦CHECK-IN: We have a keyless smart lock located at the front door. After booking, you will be provided with directions on how to access the cabin during the duration of your stay. You, and your guest, will be the only ones with access to the cabin at the time of your stay.

✦NOISE: We are located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by year-round residents. Please be respectful of our neighbors. If you are using the surround sound, please keep the volume at an appropriate level.

✦KIDS: We are a family-friendly cabin with different games to keep your little ones busy. We have also provided a crib in the upstairs bedroom closet.

✦PETS: Pets are allowed at our cabin as we love our furry friends, and they are part of our family. There will be a $100 cleaning charge for each pet per stay (2 pets max). Please do not leave your pets at home alone unless they are in a crate that we provided. Please do not allow dogs on the furniture and beds. If your little ones are barkers, please note that the city will give a $500 fine to guests if there is a complaint that dogs are barking excessively.

✦FIREPLACES: Cuddle up with some hot cocoa in hand and watch the fire. The fireplace in the master bedroom is gas with a remote control timer. The fireplace in the living room is wood. We provide 1 Duraflame Log that lasts up to 4 hours. Please consider purchasing more if you wish to have this on for longer. Ashes will need to be disposed of in a can that is provided for you.

✦SECURITY: For security purposes, we have installed security cameras on the perimeter of the property. They only record video of the exterior and NOTHING in the interior of the cabin. If you have any concerns about privacy, please contact us before booking.
