This canal waterfront is home to the perfect blend of both, BEACH and BAY, with immediate access to bayside fishing & crabbing here in Treasure Island Community! Island Tyme is just a 2-3 minutes stroll away from the Treasure Island pedestrian beach access point or a leisurely drive to Surfside-Galveston activities; Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Rainforest Cafe and Pleasure Pier,.
Bring your boat and/or jet skis and store them in the covered boat slip at the property. Community boat ramp is available for guests' use located at the front of Fathom Dr., as is the lighted community Fishing pier that is 100 yards from our property. Fishing and crabbing is well known in the adjacent Christmas Bay.
No boat, no worries, as you can fish directly from the dock, in the back of the house for the opportunity to catch speckled trout, flounder, redfish or do some crabbing from the canal that feeds into Cold Pass. There’s a green LED flood light for epic night fishing.
