We have designed this home specifically with a fully equipped private office that supports focused work for extended stays, featuring an extra-large 71 inch executive desk, 2 office chairs (easy to also use at the living room desk), HP monitors (x2), laptop stand, monitor riser, ethernet connection, cables, C-table and keyboard/mouse and high-speed connectivity. Smart-TV. Allows for two remote professionals to work comfortably. Comfortable daybed for napping, reading, or resetting between work sessions or take a quick pool break. Task and ambient lighting.

DEEP CLEANING BEFORE EVERY STAY.
Every corner of our rental is deep cleaned and sanitized to feel fresh, calm, and welcoming. We provide high quality essentials to get you started for everyday convenience including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap and dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets. To help keep your stay comfortable, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES
Guests are to read and agree with all listed policies and rental agreement terms and are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. We require a fully completed and verified profile. No Third-Party Bookings or off-platform payments. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, primary guest must be over 25 years of age. Upon booking, all occupants must provide a valid government-issued ID that includes their permanent primary address. A rental agreement to be signed by all guests. Any other overnight guests must be approved by the host, no exceptions.

Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (Amazon packages are OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell and carport camera, and temperature control guidelines.

Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host). Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens. Flowers in the patio will bloom in-season (Jasmine and bougainvillea).

To help keep your stay comfortable, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee and is required for reservations longer than 30 days.
