Summary:
Stunning style and exceptional quality home located in Jay Just minutes away from the Ausable River, Jay Mountain Trailhead and Whiteface Mountain. This home offers 5 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms suitable for up to 16 guests. Newly finished basement that provides entertainment for the entire family with a Billiards table, Ping Pong, and an Xbox game console. Enjoy the outdoor Hot tub and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Lake Placid is just a 25 min drive and Whiteface mountain is a 13 min drive.

The Space:
The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. You will also have access to an oversized loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

We stayed here as a group of snowsports instructors for a weekend clinic, and it was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal - less than 20 minutes door to slope-making it super convenient for our training days. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after long sessions on the snow. The hot tub was a huge bonus and exactly what we needed. The boot dryers were a lifesaver. Everything we needed for the weekend was right here.

The hot tub was good but could have been just a little hotter. The kitchen had everything you needed. We didnā€™t cook there but it was well equipped. The whole house was very clean and was a very good fit for us. We really enjoyed it.

Great House!

The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space, enjoyed the large kitchen, the patio, the hot tub and having fires outside in the evening. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We had a blast! The house was clean, beds comfortable, great appliances and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would come back and stay again!

Great spot for teen/adult family

The house was lovely & the kids enjoyed the hot tub every evening while we sat around the fire. Shopping, kayaking, paddle boarding, bobsledding & curling in Lake Placid; a hike & whitwater raft ride at Ausable Chasm, hiking to the top of Whiteface and a day in Canada - there was something for everyone.

This house was amazing! 4 couples joined together to celebrate my husbands 40th bday!! The guys were in awe of the ski experience at whiteface mountain which was close and an easy drive from the house! The house was super spacious and equipped with everything! The fireplace is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! It snowed twice while we were there and it was perfect! Lake placcid is a short distance away- about 25 minutes and this town looks like something out of a hallmark Christmas movie! So many shops, restaurants, bars! The breakfast club there on the Main Street was incredible- our food was so good- and the mountain views over the lake are amazing! The host of the house was very fast with communicating back if I had a question and was very helpful! Would recommend this house 10/10!!!!! Super clean and although it is a huge house-still had that comfy/ cozy atmosphere!!! Would def return and stay here again!

Great House!

This house was beautiful with many great details, especially in the bathrooms. It was very comfortable with lots of room for our group of 13, including lots of outdoor seating. The rec room was large and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house is very close (2 miles) from the Ausable River Covered Bridge and swimming hole which was gorgeous (and free). There were lots of things to do in a short driving distance as well. Lake Placid is a lovely town just a half hour away. We loved the area and the house!

Location!

Location, location, location! This house is full of amenities and centrally located to take in all the sites and sounds of upstate New York! You have plenty of privacy in a home which sits on a nice lot, even though there are neighbors on both sides. Would definitely recommend!

Family trip

We had 4 families and it worked out great! Plenty of room for everyone to be together. The activities in the basement was a hit! All told, we had a wonderful week!!

Great house with all the extras!!

Two families stayed for a long weekend of shopping in Lake Placid and skiing at Whiteface. The amount of space was perfect, and our teens loved the basement area with pool table and ping pong table. The hot tub was a plus!! Gary was great to work with!! HIGHLY recommend this property!!

Outstanding comfort and style

When 8 senior women go hiking, they want to come home to comfort. This property was a wonderful find. The amenities and the furnishings are upscale and the radiant wood floors are a plus. Of course we didnā€™t use the heat because it was 80 degrees while we were there. The property is gorgeous and the beds high quality. We hiked all day so really appreciated coming back to a hot tub and a beautiful kitchen to have dinner in. The last night we were very happy to use the ping pong table and had quite a few laughs. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It is perfectly located and on a very quiet street. Walking through the beautiful living room each morning to see the back trees ablaze in colors. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. (Cleaners could run a dust mop under the dressers and beds)

Amazing Adirondack home

Gorgeous home which is very comfortable and has everything you need so well organized. Very relaxing and private. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. We loved this home and the host was so easy to work with and very responsive.

Amazing Getaway

Spent several nights at this wonderful home with friends and family. Loved the location, was close to lots of trails, places to eat, and cool shops. Loved how close everything was in the backyard so everyone could mingle and enjoy the deck, hot tub, & fire. Spacious, clean, and perfect for larger groups. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A very cozy home!

Came here with friends and family to celebrate my fiancĆ©s birthday. Overall the house was a great stay, it felt very cozy with many amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone whoā€™s planning on going away to lake placid or whiteface mountain.
