If skiing, hiking, biking, dining out, shopping, and an unforgettable time with friends or family is what you are looking for, this is the place for you!

As you pull up to the home, you will find plenty of parking in the one car garage, two car driveway, and community parking spots. The garage also has a 4-bike storage rack as well as a 12-ski rack (6 snowboard) for all your adventure needs.

Once inside, you will find a spacious entryway with plenty of nooks to drop your shoes and gear. The main floor boasts an impressive great room with an 18' ceiling and oversized sectional. It is perfect for conversation, enjoying a great read, or catching a movie on the 65” smart TV hanging above the fireplace. Next to the living area there is also an outdoor patio with two rocking chairs so you can take in all that fresh Utah air!

Moose Höose’s top-of-the-line kitchen is perfect for cooking a family meal. It has a beautiful island, stainless steel appliances, and luxury finishes. You will find it stocked with every kitchen utensil or cooking item one could ask for—including a crock pot, Vitamix blender, French press, and even a pizza stone! Just off the kitchen is a convenient half bath for guests.

The adjacent dining room has a large table that seats 10, as well as a breakfast bar on the island that seats 4. Dinnerware, drinkware, and flatware are in ample supply. Overlooking the great room is a lovely loft with a chaise couch, as well as a bookshelf with board games, poker set, and travel magazines.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The ground floor has a large bedroom with custom-made double bunk beds, each with a queen bed on bottom and twin on top, along with a detached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is a perfect place for kids to camp out as well as unwind with a game of foosball.
