Very charming, clean, and exceeding our expectations for complete amenities and comfort. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Short walk to beach was perfect, weekend concerts on the bandstand a bonus. Backyard perfect for grilling and outdoor meals. Our 9-family members and dog were well accommodated.

Exactly what we wanted!

We had 8 people and two dogs. Size and layout of the cottage was exactly what we needed for our family. Dogs were welcome and very comfortable. Amazing view from the porch. Location couldn’t have been better. So close to everything. We loved it! One shower was a little challenging but we made it work. The outside shower helped a lot. Adorable back yard area with a fire pit. Really was just right.

Great beach house and perfect location! The view and proximity to the beach/short sands was a 5 minute walk. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a full sized bed and 3 rooms on the second floor with bathroom. Front porch was perfect and we used it a lot. There was a great grill (looked brand new) and a washer/dryer in the kitchen which was very helpful. The house was well stocked with all of the things one might need ..including sheets and towels! Bonus was that the house allowed dogs and our dogs loved it :). 10/10 recommend this beach house !! Lastly, long driveway and parking for 4-5 cars depending on the size

Great location!

The cottage was as described and the view from the enclosed porch was fabulous. Just a 2 minute walk to beach. We were disappointed that the washing machine was broken. Several calls to management company but nothing was resolved. We wonder how long the machine was inoperable. We packed light because of the washing machine and had to go to the laundromat several times.Very inconvenient.

Here’s a refined response addressing the issue while highlighting the positive aspects: Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the proximity to the beach. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the washing machine. It was inspected before your arrival and was reported to be in working order, so we’re sorry it caused you trouble. We appreciate your understanding and will investigate further to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
