Our studio is located in the prestigious Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Step out onto the balcony for amazing sunset views and a glimpse of the 9th hole green. With two Queen beds, a kitchenette, and a large flat screen TV, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils , plates / bowls and blender. An entry closet and a full bathroom complete this condo. Feel free to lounge by the large, bayfront pool! Whether you are playing golf next door at The Links Golf Club, or exploring the huge Sandestin resort, you'll find plenty of activities to fill your day. Make lasting vacation memories at Bayside at Sandestin.

Bayside at Sandestin is a good match for travelers who are looking for value and still want to enjoy all the complimentary amenities Sandestin has to offer. Comfortable and scenic, Bayside at Sandestin is framed by Florida pines and the fairways of The Links Course. Guests can purchase gym passes which include access to the fitness center, sauna, steam room, and yoga and aerobics classes! Guest may purchase daily passes for $15/per day or $35 for a 4-day pass. Guests can also purchase daily passes for the Golf & Tennis Club! Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort boasts more than seven miles of sugar-white sand beach and bayfront property, four championship golf courses and 15 world-class tennis courts!

Check in instructions will be emailed 1 week before check in.

- Quiet hours after 10pm

- Primary guest needs to be 21 years or older. We will have exception for married couples, please contact host.
- Laundry Room: 5th Floor…Credit Card and Supplies!
- No motorcycles allowed inside the resort
- Smoking: This is a non smoking room.
- No transportation or shuttle / TRAM service is offered with the studio . Please have your transportation arranged to get around in and out of the Sandestin Resort.

My husband and I stayed at the Bayside at Sandestin studio for a wedding. The location was nice, the condo was clean but a bit dated. We had some trouble with the keypad on the doorknob, but eventually got the hang of it. Our host was so gracious as to allow us to check-in a couple hours early with a on-time door code. My only real complaint was the wifi - the studio does not have its own wifi and the wifi in the condo was very spotty, so I was unable to work at all and even the tv had trouble with signal. There was hair left in the shower drain that I had to dig out, and the bathroom counter is very low. This studio was sufficient for our needs for one weekend.

Worth it.

The Sandestin resorts is worth the expense beautiful views, private beach. Location and acceptability were great. Communication and recommendations from the host Salih were prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciate the hospitality. He was readily available and offered good recommendations The views around the property are perfect. Cons - the condos are converted hotel rooms and can use some updating. The view from the unit is if the parking lot. The curtains are worn and are not blackout. The microwave is small and dated. The closet sliding door gets stuck. The room has popcorn ceilings and textured walls. However, Since we spent most time outdoors it was fine. That said, traveling with children it would be great to have a larger fridge/microwave/storage. Overall I would definitely recommend it. The property is on the bay side. With pool out back. Thanks for your hospitality Salih.

Lovely Resort with Abundant Offerings

This was our first time visiting the Florida panhandle, and the Sandestin Resort was a nice introduction. The whole area was upscale with many outdoor activities available. The check-in process at the gate and in the condo went smoothly. The unit itself was very clean with the proper amount of amenities. We were inadvertently locked out at one point, but the owner quickly communicated and resolved the problem. We have two concerns, however. One, we were unaware that our rental did not include the resort bus system, and the host did not give us info on that ahead of time. I would suggest that he provide an info sheet about the resort in general with a map. Second, the mattresses both crackled loudly when we moved in the bed. We tried to examine the bedding but couldn’t find the source. Although the mattress was comfortable, the noise was disconcerting. All in all, we felt the price we paid and the service we received were in sync.

As family, we love traveling whenever we get a chance. It felt lively and utterly beautiful when our feet have firstly been in the white sand beaches of Sandestin. The ocean is amazingly blue and inviting.
With its amazing beaches ,ocean, parks, museums, golf courses, water sports, this part of Florida has a lot to offer and is well-worth to visit for anyone!

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28 acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy - burn off some energy at the Adventure land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade & laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes and accessories and everything in between, a wine shop, toy store, general store, even an old-fashioned candy shop.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center - the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy
