Our beautiful Askanier holiday apartment on Werbellinsee is located in the picturesque and small tourist town of Eichhorst (the Askanierdorf), right on the Werbellinkanal and the Berlin-Usedom cycle path. The Werbellinsee is only a few steps away and offers endless possibilities for a beach holiday or an active holiday.

The Werbellinsee is not far from the metropolis of Berlin and yet in the middle of the green in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere. Our apartment in the Schorfheide offers the fascination of undisturbed silence and nature. Eichhorst has good transport links. The Askanier holiday apartment in Eichhorst, which is close to the Hubertusstock hunting ground and the Hubertusstock hunting lodge, offers relaxation from everyday stress and tranquility in beautiful nature.

The Askanier apartment in Schorfheide was completely renovated in early 2015, has a living space of 42 m² and is ideal for 2-3 people. It is located in the basement and has a separate entrance. All windows are equipped with shutters. It is heated by a central heating system that is operated with 100% green gas. The useful energy for the property is supplied from 100% green electricity.

The living room and bedroom is very spacious and its bright and modern furnishings create a feel-good atmosphere. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a shelf as a room divider and two large beds as standard. These can be set up as double beds with a size of 2.00 x 2.00 meters at a comfortable height (box spring bed) or as two single beds with dimensions of 1.00 x 2.00 meters. An additional bed is possible after consultation. A small seating area completes the equipment in the living area. The living area has LED TV with digital satellite television.

In the kitchen there is a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with an electric cooker (oven and 4 ceramic hobs), sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table for 4-5 people and also has an LED TV with digital satellite TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower.
