Spend a memorable and unique vacation with your family in best water front in Chelan / Manson area. Great water front beach and amazing views of the mountains. This home offers both luxury and space with 3 bedroom and a loft, living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, games room and laundry.

Amenities include two workspaces, private hot tub, foosball table, kayaks, floating dock, xbox, cable tv, 240v outlet to charge your car (bring your carā€™s portable charger) and buoy for your jet ski/boat. That is on top of the amazing amenities offered by Wapato Point Resort including indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, and putt putt golf. You can also rent jet skis or a boat from the marina.

If you are bringing your own boat, you can use the buoy infront of the house, there is a boat launch less than 5 mins from the property (Old Mill Park) and a place to park your trailer within the resort.

You are few minutes walk from downtown Manson and 15min drive from downtown Chelan.

Property includes security cameras on driveway/side yard and main door. No cameras inside the property or beach area (backyard).

August Delight

Our grandchildren of teens and twenty somethings joined my husband and me for a week of swimming, playing games on the lawn, and taking advantage of Wapato Pointā€™s pickle ball courts, and jet ski and boat rentals. The house is comfortable, clean, with a well stocked kitchenā€”even a rice cooker! A shout out to Victor who was so responsive to our questions and concerns.

This is our second time staying at this property and it is even better than the last as they have added new umbrellas by the lake. The view is amazing and the layout of the home is perfect for family gatherings.

Three generations gathered!

House was clean, well stocked and loved that there was plenty of room in the kitchen for our stuff. Beautiful views, enjoyed the kayaks, the beach umbrellas and floating swim dock. Victor was very easy to work with, would definitely recommend this house.

Lake Chelan was an unknown destination to me when I booked for the 4th of July. Thanks to Victor's hospitality and well appointed home I will be coming back. There is no better venue to enjoy all that Chelan has to offer. Perfect house to entertain with family on the Lake.

Very clean, great location

Had a great stay! The host had great communication skills, very proactive. We had a small problem that was dealt with quickly. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped even with spices, food storage containers, foil, etc. Loved the outlet for EV charging in the garage. Thanks for great week at Wapato Point!

Book Club Get-Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, modern and the view was amazing. Victor responded to all of my inquires promptly. The only negative was that supplies were a bit low for our group of 10. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

Family Lake Getaway

Wonderful week at Wapato lakeside home! Our family of teens and twenty year olds loved having access to the lake right at the house complete with a floating dock to sun on. Kayaks were used and the lawn space for a game of spike ball was greatly appreciated. The resortā€™s easy access to jet ski, paddle board and larger boat rentals was a plus. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and everything clean. Definitely would rent again.

Very lovely time - the property is wonderfully situated on the beach with an incredible view from the huge deck. Victor was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and everything went very smoothly with the checkin/out process. There were beach items for our use, including a buoy and a small dock for the kids to use for jumping into the water from. We had an amazing time and would stay here again!The one small point I'd bring up is that the next-door neighbors (who are very friendly) used to live in this house, and therefore can be almost a little overly friendly and may just walk right over onto the property to chat with you or the neighbors on the other side. Nothing malicious at all, but if you like your privacy, you may need to be direct with them

Wapato is our favorite

This is the perfect location for relaxing and boating. This house was very comfortable for 8 of us, and a baby! We enjoyed the deck every night once it cooled off. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to be cooking together. We had a minor housekeeping issue but the owner took care of it immediately. It was an amazing week!

Absolute Oasis

Wapato point is a little slice of heaven in itself for anyone who wants quiet, relaxed fun in a beautiful setting. It is perfect for families and adults. I find Manson to be better than Chelan for family or quiet time. This house is Amazing! Right on the water and very spacious - perfect for entertaining a large group and the size still allows space for silo fun. The outdoor are was the best with a hot tub, water front and lawn - we played ball with the kids, fished and tanned! We will be back!

Fantastic home and property

Spacious, clean, beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Right on the water with a lot of options for enjoying the outdoors. Spectacular view. Even met neighbors who were very warm and welcoming. We had 11 people, two middle aged adults and 9 youth ages 17 to 20. They had a blast. We used every possible hang out spot: the rec room on the ground floor, the deck, the shaded spot under the deck, and the lawn down near the water. We did a lot of cooking and used the hot tub which was clean and worked well. We needed more towels - the host was super quick with all communication, and someone stopped by almost immediately to hook us up with more towels. Huge, new washer and dryer for clothes which came in very handy. I had to do some work while on vacation so really appreciated that the main bedroom had an office set up. Great place and well run.

Beautiful home, amazing views.. just perfect!

We had a group of 8 adult kids and 3 younger kids ;) and this house was just perfect for our family vacation. We drove and house was easy to find, check in/out also super easy. Amazing lake and mountain views from all floors of the house. We enjoyed the hot tub thoroughly! Floating dock and kayaks are an awesome touch for lake fun! Landscaping is absolutely beautiful! The house itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The energy of the house was perfect. We enjoyed many family meals. Kitchen fully stocks and we grilled on the BBQ as well. Highly recommended this rental!! Can tell so much love went in to it to accommodate guests. Thank you so much!! We didnā€™t see a recycling bin, so we took our recycling with us. Not sure if there is recycling for off on the resort.. Love and Blessings!
