The family had a wonderful time here. The property was great, we came for my son’s birthday, he said he wanted somewhere to fish. The personally dock was a perfect spot and we were able to catch some fish. Also loved taking the kayaks out on the water. It was a perfect birthday weekend getaway and he’s talked about wanted to go back again.

Relaxing at the Lake house

I had surgery on Wednesday we went to the lake house Thursday morning. Check in was easy and everything was ready when we arrived.. i would recommend bringing a wagon it awalk to the dock. Over all we really enjoyed staying at the little lake house.

Short, sweet stay

We had a nice stay here for one night. The weather didn’t cooperate but it was a pretty view nonetheless. We had a nice dinner overlooking the rainy lake.

Trailer Park Trash

The neighborhood is beyond horrible. I was scared for my life. I felt unsafe. I had no idea we were staying in a trailer park. The trailer park was so rundown. When we drove up, there were trailers that were half burnt down, people getting arrested, dogs barking the entire time we were there. Next door neighbors were literally right next to us sawing the whole time. No relaxation. The only good thing was the back lawn and the lake view. Everything else was misleading. The property faces East so there was no sunset. That picture was taken at sunrise obviously. The kitchen cabinets were so dirty. I just wanted to get some cleaning supplies and clean them myself. I had no Dawn to clean the dishes. The room with the two beds, the bigger bed was so soft and uncomfortable, my son had to change to the other bed. Also, it says there are two full beds in that room. There is one twin and one full bed. It also says the location was in Chandler. It is in Coffee City. It said we were 5.8 miles away from Eagles Bluff golf course where my son was playing in a tournament, we were 15.4 miles away. Both grills were so disgusting, we couldn't grill. The inside furniture and appliances were nice. Just needs some TLC. Ceilings had black mold in both bedrooms. The bathroom off the kitchen, the toilet is about to fall through the floor. Neighborhood needs some major help. That was my biggest problem. I finally figured out the ones on the lake are nicer, but I couldn't believe it. Very trashy.

Long fam vacay!

We had the best time ever! The boat house/dock was amazing with all the floats tied up for us to use! My kids loved kayaking and using the paddle board! The fishing was good thanks for the chicken and garlic powder tip! It was just perfect and peaceful! Loved every minute!

Rest and Relaxation

Lake life was just what we needed. We had a restful, relaxing weekend. The lake is a great place to swim. The dock made it easy to be out on the lake. The owner was more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. Don't forget to enjoy the fabulous deck and rocking chairs. The view from there is amazing, as are the early evening breezes.

Wonderful Relaxing Weekend

The host are amazing and communicate so effectively. We really enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer. The deck was a great fishing spot, we caught quite a bit of fish from there. The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and spent hours out there. At night we all enjoyed movies and games, it was humid outside so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed in quite a few Vrbo's and have had to go buy items to cook, but here everything was provided and in good condition. The master bed was really comfy. They have a really nice outdoor shower, but we did not utilize it. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quite. It was really peaceful, we could have stayed longer. The marina is less than 5 minutes away and they have a good stock of bait. There are several nearby stores to pick up groceries and last minute supplies. We rented a boat from JW and he delivered the boat, picked it up, and made sure we had plenty of gas. We look forward to returning to this wonderful relaxing retreat from all the hustle and bustle. Thank you Kyla for everything.

Birthday Girl Weekend!

What a great place to swim, grill, fish, and just all out relax! Every year I rent a cabin for my granddaughters birthday. This year we celebrated #9. Would highly recommend and will def. rent again.

Fantastic Lake Experience

There are many great features of this property. Once you make it through the initial trailer area, the lake really opens up and you feel like the only ones at the water. My daughters really like the included paddle board, water activities, and general amenities. My wife likes the peace and quiet. I like the fire activities including a nice grill and camp fire area. Its a great time however long you stay

Excellent 4 night stay!

We had a great stay at this cottage! I came with my husband and two daughters, ages 13 &16. As mentioned, the neighborhood leading to the home is a little run down, but did not make us feel unsafe in anyway. The house is small and cozy, but perfect for our family of 4! It is decorated perfect for a lake house. The beds were comfortable with beautiful, colorful, comforters that were very nice! The dishes were even colorful and nice! The house was very well stocked with anything you might need. The deck was amazing with a great view of the gorgeous back yard and lake! It was a really nice property! My girls really enjoyed playing on the kayaks and paddle board. I wondered if there was a good view of the lake from inside the house when I booked it, and was very happy to find sliding glass doors leading to the back deck, giving a great view of the lake from the living room. We were also surprised to find televisions in both bedrooms. We didn’t end up using them, but was nice to have the option. The showers were very nice and looked to be newly remodeled. Kyla was quick to respond to my questions. Overall we had a great stay and wound definitely go back.

Pine Cove visit

Loved this lake house!!!! Very clean, cozy and the deck and large lawn are AMAZING!!! Kitchen had everything you need, and the neighbor is quiet. Be sure to bring a football or soccer ball- your kids (big or small) will love the very large yard to play in when not out on the water in the paddle board or kayak. We came to visit our girl who is a counselor at Pine Cove. We hosted a bunch of these hard working kids out for a home cooked meal on their “off” night….it was just a perfect chill place to fill up their spirit tanks before heading back to camp! They LOVED the lake house! We will be back!

Great Getaway!

We had an amazing time! We have stayed here before (last year) and are already looking forward to booking another stay in the future. House is super clean and stocked with just about everything a family could need or want. Comfy beds & furniture, and was great to see the new deck off the back of the house that was built since the last time we stayed…great addition! Great spot on the lake, kids had a blast! Great communication with owner/manager. Thanks for making our stay a great one!

First off the host Kyla and Trey were amazing from the beginning! The pictures listed do not do this place justice, from the minute you walk in everything was perfect. We enjoyed every single minute at the lakehouse! We cant wait to come back again, trust me you will not regret your stay!

Nice lake cabin with a multi-level deck and plants of outdoor seating.

We enjoyed the tall pine trees, dock and fire pit. It was a bit too cool to get out on the water, but nice to have the option. I enjoyed watercolor painting and relaxed while my husband played his guitar.
