The home is located right on Lake Palestine with a beautiful lake access boathouse perfect for fishing, hunting or swimming. The house is 2BR/2BR and comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. Our spacious back porch counts with gas grill, tables and chairs perfect for an afternoon BBQ. With a private light up dock this place was designed for a relaxing getaway, girls trip, fishing trip or just an old fashion family vacation.

Nearby golf course, waterpark, zip line, railroad and zoo. Just 15 minutes from Tyler, Tx-- restaurants, movie and mall.

We provide 2 fishing rods to use during your stay. A canoe is also available to guest who follow safety guidelines which can be found in the house manual.
Empty propane tank provided upon request.
