This luxury oasis has been professionally designed and thoughtfully furnished, this two-story home boasts luxurious living space, replete with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Each bedroom boasts comfortable mattresses with soft linens, high definition television, and spacious layouts This home includes six bedrooms that sleep up to 15 guests. Three full bathrooms and a half bath are each stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.

The luxurious master suite has a king bed, twin trundle and a sitting area for two. Stream favorite shows on the 55” smart TV. The spa like en-suite master bathroom boasts a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower, coffee machine, and its very own patio, to enjoy the sunrise or sunset straight out your balcony

The second bedroom has 1 king bed, a 40” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is furnished upstairs with 5 beds in it and a tv!. 2 full over full bunk beds, and 1 king murphy bed

Downstairs, a fourth king suite room offers a king bed and twin trundle, with en-suite bathroom, and Tv.

A convenient half bath is located on the first floor.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals,

Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.

Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is a standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`

- Pool heating is optional and additional. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
