Beautiful, fully furnished DIRECT OCEANFRONT studio at Dunes Village Resort. Once you enter through a foyer, pass through the kitchen with full-sized appliances and into the oceanfront bedroom that leads to the balcony. Amazing ocean views from the balcony are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the convenience of your own kitchen in the unit featuring a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge. There is a king bed and 1 sleeper sofa and a table to enjoy meals at. Enjoy an array of amazing onsite amenities including in/outdoor pools, indoor water slides, kiddie pools, lazy river, hot tubs, sauna and fitness room, onsite restaurant/lounge that serves three meals, poolside Tiki bar, and Starbucks Coffee shop.

30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility including a 250 feet long Lazy River, Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-sized water slides, and a children's pool and game room with pool tables and other games.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI.

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach. 7 miles to the airport, 5 miles to the Family Kingdom, and 2 miles from Myrtlewood Golf Course. Minutes away from many other restaurants and attraction. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This beachfront condo features 1 King bed and a sleeper sofa, a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, kitchen table. This beachfront condo sleeps 4. Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private direct oceanfront balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean.

* Note: You will not have access to the valet service at the resort
* Note: This condo is not handicapped-friendly. It's on the 1st floor, not the ground floor. You will have to go thru a flight of stairs to get to the unit.

The back area, from the submarine through and including the kid pool, will be closed for at least the first two weeks of January and may remain closed for the rest of the month depending on progress.
You may direct guests to the Palmetto Water Park or the Front Desk for further assistance.

Friendly employees, nice options. Our room was nice and clean. Our deck was crowded and not as clean. Very comfortable bed and furniture. We would definitely stay again. We liked the ease of the first floor, but would probably like to try a higher higher floor next time.

Excellent place to stay

Myself, spouse and 7 year old stayed here for 2 nights. This is a great place to stay and value. The room had more spay then what I thought it would, and even though it's right next to the restaurant and pool the noise level was very low. I loved the fact that we could use the pools/parks at BOTH buildings. This is right on the beach and this beach is a great place to find shells if you're a shell lover like myself. The condo is very close to everything you could want to do. Shopping and extra fun. There's so much to do. We will definitely be returning.

Worth the Money

We had a great time at the dunes village resort. They have 2 water parks, 2 lazy rivers, and 2 pools. There are two separate towers and you have access to both. The resort also has a spa, I personally didn’t use it but I imagine that’s a nice treat. The condo itself it located on the bottom floor, you do have to walk up three flights of stairs so the luggage cart is difficult to take up the stairs, but we just parked it at the bottom of the stairs and unloaded it there. You are kind of in the lobby, but I personally didn’t hear any noise from that. The only noise that I did hear was the door beside the condo because that is the way out to the oceanfront access, again even with a sleeping infant it didn’t bother me. The room is right on the pool so that is kind of noisy and you can’t really have the curtains drawn if you are still wanting privacy, but that didn’t bother us personally. We just kept them close. Overall with the amenities this place offers, it is so worth the price. They also even have a Starbucks right outside the room, and two restaurants. One offers breakfast and the other offers lunch and dinner. I would skip the breakfast though, unless you’re just wanting to stay close to the room. Very very worth it. The host was also very responsive, but I didn’t have any troubles with anything so I didn’t need to bother her during the stay. They also have three kiddie pools, one was unfortunately closed but that wasn’t a problem. Room was overall pretty clean.

Great Experience!

We have stayed at this resort multiple times, however this was the first time with Julie. We had a graet time per usual. The room was great. First floor, which we loved for quick easy access to the pool and restaurant next door. We will definitely book again!

Location of room

The room is basically in the lobby of the place. If I would have known that would have picked a different one. It was right across from a restroom and huge ceiling speaker that played horrible music early in the morning until pretty late in the evening.

Fun family getaway

The room is located right next to pool and cafe which made for a wonderful experience. Did not have to worry about the elevator in this room. We absolutely loved the indoor water park and ping pong. We will be booking again.
