On the upper floor, four elegant bedrooms, each equipped with Sonos speakers for high-quality sound, feature a balcony and a private bathroom with a WC. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub for extra comfort.

The ground floor opens to a spacious living room, dining area, and an American-style kitchen, all offering stunning ocean views. The villa’s design is contemporary and modern, blending wood and local artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned for your comfort, and you can control the shutters, lights, and audio system via an app, ensuring a fully personalized experience.
