With a fenced back yard, this home can accommodate the entire family including your well behaved pup! Easy walking distance to many restaurants, Fountain of Youth, Old Jail, etc. Less than a mile to grocery stores and downtown St. Augustine.

This home is equipped with many brand new amenities and offers a tranquil respite after a day on the town. Dining for eight, indoor or out, spacious living room and large bedrooms. Need to get a little work done while on vacation? No problem. The corner desk is ready for your laptop. 100+ Mbps wireless internet should satisfy all of your streaming needs. Home away from home

We really enjoyed the stay at this charming home, it was welcoming and charming. All the amenities that was needed was available and close to historic St Augustine. The hostess was great and friendly. We would stay there again. Five stars all the way!

My get away weekend..

I had a great stay,very clean house with everything you might need..the only thing it needed was a grill..it is a good location and pretty quiet area.. it's very close to the road to vilano and the old jail..it has a great yard for small dogs..

Great for family and dog

We had a great stay! The kitchen was great for making meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Very spacious. Our pup loved the fenced in yard and tree lined streets. Easy to get to everything. We will be back!

Cozy and Convenient

This rental is very family friendly and convenient to all downtown activities! The house comes well stocked and very clean. Bri was great to work with. We will book again!

Cute house with all the necessities

Home was very nice and clean. Great fenced yard for my little dog to go out. We VRBO properties in St Augustine multiple times per year and this was among the nicest, especially for the price. Would love to stay again. Only downside is it’s not on the beach but super close to downtown St Augustine

This was our second stay at this place. The location for historic St Augustine is second to none. Very quiet if you want to relax. Walk to the old city gates in 15 minutes. Cant say enough about the location and friendliness of the host

Better than the pictures!

Usually vacation homes look better in the pictures online than when you arrive but Casa Veria is the opposite, my kids and I were amazed to walk in to a house that was way bigger and even nicer than it was in the app!Bri couldn't have been a more thoughtful host by supplying toiletries and other extras to make our stay even more comfortable and she was very kind and prompt with responding to any messages. The house is gorgeous and is located on a beautiful street within 10 minutes to anything in the St Augustine area.

Perfect getaway

#4 Nelmar is nestled in a lovely historic neighborhood less than 5 minutes from historic downtown St Augustine. The property is beautifully renovated with every amenity. Incredibly comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a visit to St Augustine. Bri is an amazing hostess .

Clean, Comfortable, Close

Great stay at an enjoyable location in St. Augustine. The home was extremely clean, updated, and had everything I needed to unwind for a few days while traveling. The home had a pleasant decor and furnishings with a practical layout. The bedding was comfortable and relaxing. It was close enough to the downtown historic district for a walk into town. I'd choose this location again if the opportunity came up.

Great Location!

This property surpassed our expectations! My husband, Myself, our 2 kids ages 6 and 8, and my mother who is a senior ALL loved this cute home. Very well stocked. The fenced backyard was perfect for our 2 small pups. It's only a half mile from downtown. So close that our whole party walked downtown a few times and ubered back. A very short walk to the Old Jail and Depot if you want to buy tickets and ride the trolley. The street is absolutely beautiful. Take a stroll around the block and enjoy the queen palms shooting up through the oaks that are dripping in Spanish Moss. It's just so vey Florida.

The home is beautifully appointed. Close to everything we wanted to see and do in St. A. Bri, our host, responded almost immediately to the few questions we had before and after we arrived.FYI?..There is a delicious Mediterranean bistro Cortesse’s a couple of blocks away. Had lunch and dinner there.

Beautiful little house

My family and I took a little vacay to st Augustine and we were so happy we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It is so close to everything as well we didn’t have to do much driving.We were very comfortable and will be booking this place again next time we come.

Exceeded Expectations

This was a quiet, charming neighborhood and perfect for walking dogs at night. The privacy fenced in yard was PERFECT for doggies and young kiddos. Area had a very tropical feel. It’s within walking distance to get coffee and a small park across the street. Beach and Publix is a quick 5-7 minute drive. Our whole VRBO experience here was better than we anticipated!! The kitchen is brand new and had everything you’d need to prepare meals. The house is sooo clean and the details are so intentional. The decor provided a really relaxing atmosphere. Stunning. We hope to rebook soon!

Excellent location close walk to the fountain of youth. Space was spotless & very nicely updated.

Would definitely stay again. Host was always accessible, responded quickly. Great walking areas, close to restaurants and sites.

Hidden gem Location was wonderful— could take my dog for walks in quiet neighborhood and had fenced in backyard so a middle of night pee break was convenient So close to historic downtown Layout of home was comfortable and clean Would highly recommend as a get away place

100% Would Stay There Again

Beautifully updated home, decorted very nicely. Stocked with all the essential. Internet worked great. Beds and couches were all very comfortable. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any messages. I personally have 0 complaints and would definitely consider staying again if I return. My friend who stayed with me only said they wished there were fans in the room to help with air circulation. I myself didn't notice. Thank you Bri!

Great stay for family.

I stayed here with my husband, my 2 kids and my dog. We had a very lovely stay. The location is convenient to go into the Old town. You could definitely walk into town if you’re up to that. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The only downside was the house was next to a behavior center, which was busy during the day. There were a lot of delivery trucks that were loud in the morning, but they were quiet at night. Overall I would recommend this place to families who plan to be out a lot, rather than staying in the house as we did feel a little on top of each other at some points.
